We stayed for five nights and the room wasn't too bad and they made every effort to change the room as I am disabled and the room we had the lift dudnt work so they put themselves out for u to have a nice room with a lift that worked Breakfast didnt have a lot of choice ot have anything for those who were vegetarian ot selected brea tht was on the menue but the food was nice. However we chose the hoyel for the beautiful photo of the poool however on arrival the pool The pool smelt vile The water felt grim the ceiling was rusty with a net under the rust for the rust to not go in the pool but there were bits in the pool The walls were filtyhy never been cleaned when I put my finger acoss the wall it was black on the finger. When the kids were there you couldnt swim very well It was dark grim smelt and very very dirty A wire was hanging out by the light in the pool. Everything was dirty why it smelt and it needs shutting dwon and refurbishing. I told I man who worked in theswimming pool the pool was filthy and he said he would clean it buy he didnt and the reception staff did nothing about it. Even though its past its sell by date a good deep clean would help the situtuation but they are lazy and dont seem to care less. It truly spoilt the time there .

We stayed here on Saturday night for a Fawlty Towers night We booked an early check in to make a weekend of it and use the pool and hot tub etc. Sadly the pool and hot tub were not in use and they’d no rooms available at 10-30am ( early check in from 10am). We had drinks in the bar until the room was ready at 12.30 pm but as we could not swim there was no reason to be there until 6pm To be honest the room was nice and the breakfast ok but the food with the show was less good - the show itself was good though. I felt ripped off by the early check in fee which was useless to me. The bar in the foyer was pricey and poorly stocked but the lady there (Irene) worked hard - I got the idea that there were very few staff that day. This is a nice hotel and it should be so much better….

3star hotel it is and U get for what U pay for. Stayed in many posh hotels but this was very welcoming after a wet walk with dog Irene went out of her way to help us in the bar , booked us a table isolated with the dog. Yes downfall they didn't inform us about the pool out of outstanding but im sure they will compensate us for that

Ankunft mit Sondereinweisung zur Toilettenspülung Gleich bei der Ankunft hat uns unser Reiseleiter über die besondere Nutzung der Toilettenspülung informiert. Funktionierte dann in den meisten Fällen allerdings nicht. Muss sich ein Hotel so etwas im 21. Jahrhundert leisten??? Renovierungen ermöglichen bessere Leistungen. Service sieht anders aus.
