My stay at the Mercure Haydock in February was excellent. From the check in with Sara to the attentive bar staff Kylie, Clair, Ellie and Abbie the whole experience will make me ensure that I book back at this hotel for any future business trips in this area

Amazing time at a party for my work! Atmosphere was incredible ,all of the staff were so attentive, especially one of the servers,Emily P, who was always there to help assist with service!!! Found her such a delight! Good prices and the suite was also gorgeous! Had such a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend!

Ruhiges Hotel außerhalb gelegen, großer Parkplatz, Zimmer und Ausstattung sind gepflegt, Personal ist geschult, leider war an der Bar die Bierkühlung kaputt, das Flaschenbier war leider deutlich überteuert, Frühstück war okay mit Luft nach oben.

Der Raum und insbesondere das Bad sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kunststoffgitter am Spiegel (Licht) sind sehr beschädigt. An der Bar ging Montagabend das Fass Guiness leer und es war bis Mittwochabend nicht ersetzt. Hier sollte die Lieferkette überdacht werden.
