Tired. Corridors scuffed with wood badly chipped. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was cheap fare - coffee undrinkable, cheap sliced breads and jam. No croissants left on a Sunday at 9am. Good selection of cereals.

We attended a wedding today and it was fantastic. We had asked for the the marquee ceiling outside to ne cleaned prior to the wedding and we were so impressed to see that it had been done upon request. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special mention to Khan, sign, matt and Chris B and Aaron. It was a day to remember

I got married at this hotel today and it was the best day of my life. I couldn't pick one favourite part as it all went so well. It was so well put together. My bride looked beautiful, the room looked great. I would love to give thanks to all the staff that helped put the day together. I did say thank you during my speech but extra thanks to khan the supervisor bar staff matt b ,Chris b and aaron, and Sian on reception. Could not have asked for more

Best Customer Service experience I have ever had from Sian

Stayed in this hotel on the 3rd Aug 22 and have received what I consider to be the best Customer Service experience that I have ever had when staying in a hotel by Sian. When I arrived I discovered that my room had a faulty door key lock which as you can imagine wasn't a great start to my stay. However, Sian turned what could have been a very tricky situation for the hotel into me writing an excellent service review instead. Sian apologised profusely and assured me that this was not normal and typical of the hotel and she explained that she would try and find the best possible solution as I was an extremely valued customer. She was extremely helpful and supportive and very empathetic, professional, warm, personable. Sian explained that the hotel was fully booked otherwise I would have been allocated another room but to compensate she would be close by whenever I needed help with my door lock, in fact she gave me her mobile number and encouraged me to contact her whenever I needed her. She explained that she would notify everyone on Reception of my situation so that if she wasnt around at the precise moment when I needed her help, someone else on Reception would help, and this is exactly what happened. Everyone on Reception seemed to know who I was before I even mentioned the problem with my door lock and I was just so impressed by this. We had a large party of guests arriving for dinner later that evening and in addition to Sian making sure that I received the best possible service, Sian also made sure that everyone was taken excellent care of, in fact she went out of her way to make sure that every single guest felt special and valued. All of our guests mentioned just how lovely she was and they were all just so impressed by her. I honestly cant put into words just how great Sian is, she deserves an award for being just so fabulous! Thank you once again Sian - you really are the BEST!
