Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with room access, internet, and the air conditioning. Unfortunately, some of these challenges were related to ongoing renovation work and maintenance, which temporarily affected our usual services. Our team did their best to assist you under these circumstances, and we regret that it was not enough to provide a smooth experience. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our staff’s efforts—they were doing their utmost despite the challenges, and your feedback will help us improve both support and training for our team. We understand your frustration and are sorry we fell short. We hope that, should you ever reconsider, we might have the opportunity to welcome you back with a fully improved experience that better reflects the standards we aim to provide.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry to hear about the heating issues you and your daughter encountered during your stay, especially at such a festive time. I completely understand how uncomfortable and disappointing this must have been, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding regarding the hotel being fully booked and the prompt response from our team to provide an extra heater. I’m sorry you felt unable to enjoy your stay fully and that the bathroom conditions impacted your experience. Your feedback about the known issue on the 9th floor is valuable, and we are working closely with maintenance to resolve it as soon as possible to prevent future disruptions. Thank you again for your honest comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your daughter back for a much warmer and more comfortable stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the many issues you experienced during your stay, from the noise disturbances to the heating problems and the dripping toilet. I completely understand how these factors, combined with a lack of restful sleep, would affect your overall experience, especially before an important workday.
