Dear Jodie S, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We appreciate your comments regarding the pricing and the conditions of your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken lift and the issues with cleanliness and comfort in your room. Please rest assured that we take such matters seriously. We did evict a guest based on smoking illegal substances, apologies you had to experience that behavior.
