Lovely hotel, clean, quiet and amazing staff

I’ve been a long term visitor and guest of this hotel. I’ve stayed here most weeks for over six months and it has been superb. Staff, amazing bar the odd hiccup, more later. Location, a bit out of the football zones if that’s what you are looking for, however,, Worsley has some great restaurants at better prices than city centre. This hotel is just off J12 M60. Despite this it is quiet and no noise from the motorway disturbs your sleep. The hotel is clean, modern and the rooms are spacious if you are a lone traveller or a couple. I can’t comment on family rooms as I/ We don’t have kids. It is close to the Trafford centre and situated just outside of Worsley, a beautiful little town that needs some Exploring. Plenty pubs and restaurants abound!. Back to the hotel, I’ve eaten here twice and both times have been good. There are better local restaurants, however, the .hotel menu is limited but acceptable. Rooms, spotless, high traffic but very comfortable. Staff. Just superb. I’m going to mention two members of staff here, Jo and Vaz. There are plenty other members of staff who have been gradely! However, Jo and Vaz have been head and shoulders above others. Jo primarily works the food/ bar area. Vaz works reception. I’ve been made so welcome by these two beautiful people that I wanted them to read just how much difference you two have made In my stays. Just bloody exemplary and I will miss you both. Bottom line, this is a three star hotel that is clean, has great staff and punches above its weight. Plenty good eating locally,, breakfasts at the hotel are very good. Don’t look anywhere else for the money. I’ll miss you as I am stopping further south

This is my favourite hotel to stay at in Manchester. The staff is always friendly, the prices are reasonable and the breakfast buffet is great. The hotel itself is a little bit on the older side, but I believe certain parts have been refurbished quite recently. They have smart TVs and modern looking bathrooms.

quite a lot from our company stayed over at Novetel for christmas do down the road, room was lovely, modern, clean , warm, lovely bath/ shower, plenty of soaps, towels etc, and the breakfast was gorgeous, plenty to choose from, continental, traditional fried breakfast, cereals, and various fruit/yoghurt /pastries, very tasty indeed, would highly recommend,

Daytime Booking to break up long distance travelling.

Stayed on a day use booking (10am-5pm), in order to take a break during travelling. excellent service and speedy check in. Comfortable room, good facilities and allowed us to re-energise before moving on.

I was desperate after a bad drive/ traffic congestion . Negatives from my stay: The Available Car park area was poorly lit. Reception was not manned when I walked in. Then when the staff member gave me my key ino WiFi info given and the WiFi with guest in the title isn’t the one to use There is no WiFi signal in room 119 There is Noise from tumble driers in 119 It’s an old fashioned room and bathroom There are few dinner choices and one of them (pie) not available I ordered a medium rare steak. It Was really really bloody and v grisly . At the bar my G&T was served in wine glass and no fresh lemon or lime slice with it. There was a Strong Damp smell in dining room from the vents in the floor ( both times and I sat in different t locations for each meal ) Staff were scruffily presented and too casual in manner. I just didn’t feel it was the standard I would expect of a branded chain hotel at this price point and in that respect it felt was overpriced Good points Handy for my traffic woes Good sized room Excellent breakfast (buffet choice and quality) although scrambled egg on buffet was cold
