Lovely relaxing stay . Comfortable beds , helpful staff ( Shae on Reception ) and lovely breakfast. Perfect location with lovely grounds , the trees are amazing ! My husband and son both had a great 8 mile run in the surrounding area before having breakfast .

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Stayed briefly over a weekend when visiting family and had no issues. The building is in a great location if visiting Bristol and parking is easy. Breakfast was also good. Would recommend.

Stayed here during the Christmas with family. Mohammad was very helpful on the reception. I had couple of issues with my booking and he sorted it out quickly. Breakfast was also fantastic . Love the service , would love to visit again . Staff were super friendly

What a fantastic hotel. Staff are wonderful. Room is lovely and big. Decor really stylish and traditional as are furnishings. Quite stately feel. Lovely and clean. Restaurant gets the balance of modern & traditional perfectly well with decor. Breakfast is perfect both the full traditional and the continental are gorgeous. We stayed Dinner Bed & Breakfast and the evening meals are made fresh to order and are 1st class to eat. Grounds are stunning and plenty of space. Room and linen spotless. Plenty of free parking and disabled access and rooms. Parking nice and close to hotel and we felt secure leaving car there as there is always someone on duty. Lounge rooms in hotel are relaxed and a joy to sit in. Shae the reception lady is very professional and helpful. Suzanne in the restaurant knows her stuff so well. Mohamed and Rippin the Managers are so welcoming. If you like country estate houses, their coseiness and their heritage and don't expect state of the art newness, this hotel is for you. We will definitely be back. In fact I'm booking it now direct with hotel website.

Absolutely wonderful stay, the staff were lovely, the hotel was warm and cosy, in a lovely quiet location, with nice views of the countryside, and the food was good too. Much better than all the modern hotels up nearer the motorway. We also spoke to the manger Carl, who was a very nice man, and told us about some of the history of the Grange which was the original house.
