Charming hotel with all your needs. It is not far from the city center, just a walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is also good. Will definitely recommend it to other guests. We arrived a bit early then the check in time, but it was not a problem at all. our rooms were ready and waiting for us. In short-SUPER!

Great hotel, central location, metres from Hauptbanhof. Welcoming hotel, very modern, clean and efficient. Great rooms, all facilities as expected. Staff were excellent. Great Breakfast with great range of choices, Good parking facilities. Highly recommended.

We stayed here on a short family trip with our two children and couldn't fault the hotel. Ideally situated next to the main station on the edge of the old town (so very easy access to see everything Nuremberg has to offer), spotlessly clean, good size rooms, very good gym/pool, excellent breakfast. All staff were very efficient, but a special mention to Mohammed the concierge who was excellent from the very start. Very friendly and welcoming, very good English and helpful in every way - even fetching an umbrella for our first trip out as it looked like rain. He deserves a promotion!

Room was large and had lovely big windows. We overlooked the train lines but did not hear a thing. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which are the most important things. Wifi was unreliable but reception gave me a different code and that worked well. The staff were able to direct us to a laundry nearby. The bar man was excellent! Night two he remembered what we had ordered the night before. Made excellent cocktails. Great hotel for accessing the old town and Christmas markets. Would recommend staying here.

Veru badly trained staff

This place has very very bad WiFi and its not usable even for Facebook, YouTube and whatsapps calls. We had to use our own data plan. The 2 staff at the reception were totally not helpful, impatient and kept telling us there is nothing they can do. Upon being more insistent on getting a resolution, they then said they will contact the maintence dept to look at it tomorrow morning. I asked about providing an update tomorrow and she said she is not able to. I had stayed in Novotel many times and am totally disappointed with this hotel, especially the attitude of the staff at the reception. While we understand there could be technical issues at times, but it could have been better managed if the staff have been more well trained.
