Excellent location - right next to the main train station and walking distance to the Christmas markets. We did not take the breakfast buffet option, so can’t comment on the food. We did not use the spa / pool because it felt a little overcrowded but that’s understandable in holiday season! There was an Indian restaurant right across the road from the hotel, and we were very happy for that! Overall, a very comfortable stay.

This is a predictable Novotel. I say that as a compliment. Novotels sameness world wide is its strenght. Good brand recognition with upgrade provided etc. One suggestion is that if guests arrive before check in time have a system to send a whatsapp message saying room is ready. Very close to station. Some rooms might have noise issues i am not sure but we were on the other side of the building and it was OK. Surprisngly good view of fireworls on NYE over the old tower.

Useless WIFI

The Wifi was dysfunctional. The service was 1 bar on my iPhone and 2 bars on the iPad. I was planning to watch a movie in the evening but it would continuously stop and hang to the point of being unwatchable. I raised this with front desk and was given a Wifi ticket which made no difference. I raised the topic again and was offered another room but I had just unpacked and wasn’t keen to move. Not good enough for Novotel.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Położony blisko centrum. Posiada własny parking. Ekipa recepcji- rewelacja. Szybko, sprawnie. W atmosferze komfortu, szacunku, przyjacielstwa, sympatii, pełnego zrozumienia. Życzliwi, pomocni, gościnni, wspaniali. Dostaliśmy upgrade wynikający że statusu w programie. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony, pakiet powitalny, dbałość o każdy szczegół. Wspaniałe śniadanie! Mnóstwo produktów do wyboru. Wszystko świeże, lokalne ( brawo!!) , bardzo smaczne! Spędziliśmy piękny czas w cudownej, pełnej życzliwości atmosferze. Dziękujemy!!!!

Good hotel for visit to Nuremburg

Recently returned from 2nd stay at hotel (4 days 2024 and 5 days 2025). Location is perfect, near railway station/tram/underground stops and short walk to town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of options for long stays. Pool and spa area is wonderful and has a good supply of towels. Rooms quite when windows shut but if open you have railway sounds at back and tram noise at front, take your pick but it didn't bother us. We will return again one day as we have had very pleasant and restful stays.
