Hi T1sWas, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay. I am sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. Our hotel does in fact have 5 accessible rooms available to assists those who may need them which includes shower rails to ensure the guest has a pleasurable stay. I can't speak for the time of your stay, but these rooms do sell out quite quickly. Also, our carpark does have more than two disable car parking spots also, however as you mentioned they are quickly taken. I am sorry to hear about the egg quality, we source our eggs locally, but we will pass this onto chef. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay and we will utilise your feedback to ensure we improve for future guests. Kind Regards, Melanie
