I do appreciate your comments in relation to your room not being serviced whilst having your "Do Not Disturb" Sign up. Hotel policy means that we respect your desire to not be disturbed so the team members will not enter the room. If you did want your room to be serviced you would either needed to have the sign removed or have the "please make up my room" sign on the door.
