Good massage time in veranda

I had massage with Khai. Aroma massage 90min. It was so wonderful time! Her pressure is not too hard but not too soft. I almost fell asleep. So good. I recommend this experience

We enjoyed so much . Lovely experiance for 90 min Balaniese massage with Por and Khai. Those lovely ladies are magicians. Balenise massage was great choice after long trip, after it, we were completely recharged 🙂 Thank you

We came here from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and found ourselves in serene tranquility. The property is beautiful, with a stunning swimming pool overlooking the mountains and a temple. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment for a five-star hotel. There was visible wear and tear, the curtains were dirty, and overall the room felt outdated. It took a very long time before we had hot water, which we reported to the reception. Someone came to check, but the issue was never resolved. Additionally, the shower water flooded into the room, forcing us to clean it up with towels. There was mold in the kettle, and the room was extremely humid, causing our clothes to smell musty. The staff were all very friendly, but these are issues beyond their control and should not occur in a hotel of this standard.

The MOST beautiful property I have been to in a while. If you want to go slow, this hotel might just be for you. I spent 6 nights at the hotel, many days I stayed at the resort and enjoyed the delicious food an lovely service. I stayed in two rooms types, a Valley Deluxe Scenery and also one of the Valley Deluxe with a pool. I loved both rooms types, but when I return I will go for the Deluxe Scenery. The huge day bed and enormous concrete outdoor bath were such a treat. I had a beautiful balinese massage so I can highly recommend the day spa too. I think you can rate a hotel a what happens when something doesn't go to plan.... and on my stay (in low season) I very unfortunately timed the entire stay with works occurring to install a beautiful new deck around the pool. I was just super unlucky it all timed that way, and there was quite some noise by the main pool. One of the Managers (Fern) assisted me and took the time to see what could be done. The maintenance scheduling made a few tweaks to the hours when noise occurred and kept me well informed so I could plan my days to avoid the noise. Absolute 10/10 changed the experience because the staff listened and made some easy adjustments, so the work could still be done, and there was far less disruption for guests. Fern checked in throughout the week too. Thank you! I did the Temple Walk - Pong was a terrific guide and it is well worth the walk. I also did the Giving Ceremony and that was another excellent hotel activity that I highly recommend to experience the local culture. I was the only person who went, so it was extra special Make sure you take some cash to pop in the envelope to gift the monks on your visit. The bike ride was another activity I loved. Bikes worked well, it was mostly on very quiet roads and felt fun and safe! Our small group all agreed to ride a bit further and were very lucky to see some elephants up close. Transfers to Nimman were on time, and easy to utilise, although they are not regular. If I finished my shopping early there were some local massage places across the road from the pick up point, so I could have some reflexology while I waited. Food in the restaurants were exceptional. Thanks to all I will definitely be back.

The resort is lovely if what you are looking for is a more laid back retreat. I visited during the lantern festival so all accommodations in town were full. I found the location too secluded and inconvenient for my liking. I also got sick from a dinner meal at the resort during my stay.
