The resort is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai town. It is about 30 mins drive away. The whole environment is green and relaxing. The staff works hard to make guests feel at home. However, it is showing its age and needs maintenance.

Khai is AMAZING! She is professional, kind and an expert. One of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. The spa is clean, beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely come back.

Amazing mountain escape with top-notch service!

I stayed here last week and absolutely loved the vibe! Since the resort is a bit tucked away from the city, I’d definitely recommend grabbing any snacks or personal items you might need before heading up. Once you arrive, the atmosphere is just stunning, the lobby area is beautiful. A huge thank you to Khun Fern for such a warm welcome and professional care throughout my stay, right up until the lovely farewell at checkout. My room was spotless with an amazing view of the rice terraces from the balcony, and as an Accor member, I really appreciated that all my benefits were perfectly prepared. I didn't have dinner, but I stopped by Rabiang Cha to redeem my welcome drink, where Khun Aod (the bartender) took great care of me. Just a heads up, it gets surprisingly cold and dewy at night, so bring layers! Breakfast at The High Room was a highlight, the morning view of the temple on the mountain is breathtaking, and the local Thai food is a must-try (seriously, it’s delicious). Special thanks to Khun Tar for the excellent service during breakfast. I left feeling really impressed and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful resort with great service

We enjoyed our short stay at the MGallery Veranda resort which is situated in beautiful parkland in the hills about 30 minutes west of ChIang Mai city. It’s a short walk from/to the 700 years old Wat Ban Pong temple. On arrival at the resort we received a warm welcome from Khun Fern the front desk manager who efficiently processed our check-in whilst we enjoyed a refreshing glass of chilled lychee tea. Fern went into some detail explaining the geography of the resort and its foliage before we were taken to our room that had been prepared well in advance of our morning arrival. The panorama suite with private terrace pool was spacious, airy and spotlessly clean. Although the resort was built some 18 years ago, and some of the board deck areas are showing signs of age, the technology all worked and the internet was robust throughout our stay. Laundry was processed and delivered back in record time! The spa treatments are commendable enabling us to enjoy two massages and one salt scrub during our 24hour stay. Above all the staff at this resort provide efficiency blended with polite and well mannered greeting creating a sense of relaxed calm. Ka.

Por and Kwai were both excellent- wonderful experience would definitely recommend doing this if you are visiting this hotel spa is amazing and the treatments were wonderful
