We truly appreciate your kind comments about our convenient location, breakfast, and the service provided by our reception and restaurant teams. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced with the room condition and the missing amenities. Regarding your glasses, our team carefully investigated the matter. We thoroughly checked the room and surrounding areas and did not find any glasses left behind. After reviewing the CCTV records, it appeared that the glasses were removed and placed into your bag. Please be assured that we have full confidence that our staff would never take any guest belongings.
