Отличный номер, отличная уборка, вежливый персонал (особенно водитель электрокара Fan). Понравились фрукты на завтрак, блинчики с шоколадом. Не понравилось, что в 6:30 Завтраки только начинают готовить, соответственно, к открытию ресторана приходить нет никакого смысла, т.к. выбрать нечего. Плохо работала кофемашина - ее давно пора почистить. Омлет часто был сыром внутри. Еще из пожеланий почаще мыть искусственные цветы, а еще лучше заменить на настоящие.

Были в отеле с 16 по 21 апреля. Номер 2311, вид на гору. Номер очень маленький, тесно, хотя везде написано 33 кв.м. Номер без солнца, сильный запах плесени, зато не жарко спать. Матрас, подушки, одеяло, белье хорошие. Все необходимое в номере есть. В ванной неудобная узкая раковина. Гели, шампуни, одноразовые приборы есть. Полотенца, хорошо, что меняют каждый день, не сохнут в номере. Убирают номера каждый день. Звукоизоляция плохая, слышно и коридор и улицу. Завтрак выбор не очень большой, но голодным не будешь. Очень вкусный кофе, выпечка. Минус, очень жарко в помещении, кондиционер не работал, открытые окна, невыносимо жарко от работающих плит. На обед пару раз заказывали в кафе отеля пиццу, очень вкусная. Много персонала в столовой, а вот уборка территории так себе. Бассейн не большой, людей было не много, шезлонгов хватало. Отель находится на горе, очень крутой подьем только для здоровых людей, причем во второй корпус надо преодолеть крутую лестницу. Вокруг тишина и ничего нет, магазины, обменники и т.д. на соседней улице, за кольцом. Пляж рядом, главное перейти дорогу с очень активным движением.

Отель довольно свежий по сравнению с другими аналогичными. Персонал всегда максимально приветлив. Единственное что нам испортило впечатление об отпуске это заехавшие на третий день соседи. Это была странная компания из арабов - дети, подростки и один или два совершеннолетних парня. Первую ночь они вернулись с прогулки в 12 ночи, очень громко включили телевизор за стеной, начали бегать по номеру, периодически выбегая в коридор и бегая между номерами, каждый раз хлопая дверью. Затем через какое то время они прибегали обратно, стучали в дверь, им открывали и все это повторялось по кругу до 4 утра. Судя по голосам это были как раз дети, пока их чуть более взрослые спутники гуляли ночной жизнью на Патонге. На вторую ночь все опять повторилось. Мы с женой подошли на администрацию и рассказали о том, что мешает спать нам уже 2 ночи. Девушка в администрации пообещала что они решат эту проблему, не решили. Наступила третья ночь и все опять повторилось, пришлось в 2 часа ночи самому выходить в коридор, где я сделал замечание подростку арабу лет 16-17, на что он отреагировал очень агрессивно, начал кричать на меня, что я пьяный и несу ерунду (естественно я был абсолютно трезв). Я сказал, что если они не перестанут то я вызову полицию, на это он крикнул мне - давай вызывай и хлопнул дверью. Зайдя в номер я услышал стук в дверь, открыв ее я увидел уже троих арабов на свое пороге, тот самый агрессивный подросток, ребенок и один по видимому совершенно летний. Совершенно летний поинтересовался в чем причина конфликта, я объяснил что они уже 3 ночи мешают спать, на что он заявил, что прошлой ночью они вернулись в 6 утра и не могли шуметь, я спросил - а дети? Он тут же переменился в лице, видимо поняв в чем дело. В этот момент возбужденный подросток прыгал вокруг продолжая выражать агрессию, я уже думал что добром это не кончится. Но совершеннолетний оказался самым адекватным из них, поняв в чем дело он извинился и пообещал быть тише, но его друг не успокаивался, тогда они сцепились между собой и он буквально силой увел его в номер. С этого момента действительно стало тише и мы стали высыпаться ночью, но я не понимаю почему именно я должен был решать данный момент, а не администрация.
