Obsługa hotelu miała trudności z wystawieniem prawidłowej faktury na firmę oraz trwało to dosyć długo.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es bei der Ausstellung der Firmenrechnung zu Verzögerungen kam – das hätte natürlich reibungsloser laufen sollen. Wir verstehen gut, wie wichtig ein schneller und korrekter Ablauf gerade bei Geschäftsreisen ist, und möchten uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten aufrichtig entschuldigen. Wir haben Ihr Feedback bereits aufgenommen und arbeiten daran, unsere Prozesse in diesem Bereich zu verbessern, damit so etwas in Zukunft nicht wieder passiert. Coming back to this place for several times. Nice service, tasty breakfasts and sauna with a great view from the top. The rooms itself are a bit small but experience overall is good.

Who ever designed the bed should have a lifetime membership in hell!

The hotel is smack dab in the middle of Nagold, making it the perfect launch pad for city exploration. You’ve got restaurants galore, endless shopping opportunities, and of course, the nearby castle ruin—because nothing says “vacation” like a little medieval sightseeing. Check-in was a breeze, the staff were generally friendly, and the breakfast? Easily on par with, if not above, the hotel’s category. We also had the luxury of parking in the underground garage, accessible anytime with our room key—because nothing beats the joy of knowing your car is safe while you stuff yourself with croissants. Now, onto the reason why this hotel almost got a flawless rating—THE BED. We booked a suite, but honestly, it didn’t feel much like one since the room was pretty snug. I can only imagine the acrobatics required to move around in a standard room. But the real villain of this story? The bed’s diabolical design. It had these extended metal feet—about 20-30 cm long—perfectly positioned to inflict maximum damage. Since I had to circle the bed to get to my side, I managed to bash my foot against this medieval torture device at least ten times during my three-night stay. TEN. TIMES. Whoever designed this bed clearly lives in a hammock full-time and harbors a deep-seated grudge against standard bed frames. I wouldn’t be surprised if they secretly work for the orthopedic industry, sending innocent hotel guests straight to the emergency room. If I ever return to this hotel, I have two options: 1. Engage in intense memory training beforehand to avoid this booby trap. 2. Bring a saw and personally liberate future guests from this metal menace. Four stars for the hotel. Zero stars for my bruised foot.

Can only emphasize previous comments: very nice, clean hotel. Very conveniently located within the inner city of Nagold and right on the doorstep of the Black Forest. Rooms are practical and lean design. Friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast choices.

Our family of four stayed one night at the Ibis Styles Nagold and would go back again. Mario at the front desk was helpful, informative and very pleasant to speak with. He gave us information on what to do in the area with maps and a great tourism book. The breakfast was typical buffet style, bread and meats, yogurt, cereal and coffee but what we really appreciated was the allergen list available at the counter. Our daughter has a life threatening allergy to peanuts so this made our breakfast choices much easier. Location is great, you are right in the city center. The parking was a little confusing but other than that we don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.The rooms were clean, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this Ibis.
