I had a fantastic stay at the Pullman, it’s right next to the U14, 200 meters walking distance. Rooms are clean. Breakfast has a great selection and is delicious. But the highlight was the Bar Cin Cin newly opened and has open till 00:30 and has very friendly staff. Soner and Heike take good care of all your requests.

Narrow garage entrance, poor service

Firstly, upon entering our room, we found dry dog food left behind. Given that the hotel charges an extra 18 EUR for dog owners, I would have expected the room to be in mint condition, without any remnants from previous guests. This oversight was unpleasant and unacceptable. The bathroom vent did not work (it was not a temporary problem, it was blocked with a cloth). Additionally, on the 9th of February, I received a form to specify my preferences, in which I selected a room far from the elevator, with a double bed, and, most importantly, a bathtub. Despite these preferences, upon our arrival, we were given a room with a shower instead of a bathtub. When I addressed this issue with the reception, I was informed that no rooms with double beds and bathtubs were available and that only rooms with single beds had bathtubs. While the lady I spoke with offered free cocktails as compensation for the inconvenience, this did not remedy the situation. Upon checkout on the 16th, I brought up this issue again with another lady at the front office, only to find that the previous staff member had not left any notes on my booking. She had to call her and then it turned out that I was eligible for the cocktail. This forced me to prove myself again, and while the staff eventually acknowledged the cocktail offer, the bar only opened at 4 PM, rendering the voucher unusable for me at that time. Moreover, there were three elevators in the hotel, but only two were functioning during my stay, with no notice on the non-working elevator's door. This caused a lot of frustration as the remaining two elevators operated in a way that if you were coming down from the top, the elevator stopped on the ground floor before reaching the destination (parking lot). This made the travel unnecessarily slower as people got in and went down with you. Moreover the garage entrance and parking spaces are very small, even for a car of average size these days. These events have, unfortunately, left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Moreover, the communication lapse you experienced at checkout is concerning. We hold ourselves to high standards of service continuity, and the absence of proper documentation of your situation was a failure on our part. We are taking steps to improve our internal communication to ensure our guests' experiences are seamless. Finally, we recognize the inconvenience caused by the reduced availability of our elevators as well as the dimensions of our parking facilities. We are in the midst of modernizing our elevators to enhance our guests' convenience, and we regret any frustration this has caused. While our parking structure reflects the architectural constraints of the building, we always aim to provide practical solutions for our guests and will consider your feedback for future improvements. It's poor, the cleanliness is awful in the room. I complained twice and still nothing was done. Shower tray still had hair and dirty bubbles from the previous occupant. The table had sticky marks and the glass was dirty. The next day, still the same and the water was not replaced. Not major things but not what you would expect from a "4*" hotel at the price they charge. The person on reception seemed too occupied with their computer and didn't care at all. Shame as the hotel has great potential. It's a great location to get about, but there are hotels which charge far less but offer a much cleaner place to stay. Food prices are what you would expect. The bar prices for example are double what you would pay at a local restaurant. I'd recommend saving your money and travel to Le Chic which is a €2 tram ride and the food is fantastic. Would I stay again, no. Attitude to complaints needs to improve and their cleaners need to do a better job.

Recently stayed a the hotel for 3 nights. We were in room 906 and stayed with our 12 year old son. The window in the room opened fully and was very dangerous. I left the room on the first morning to go for a walk and as i walked along the corridor to the left the window in the hallway was opened fully into the walkway and i nearly banged my face off it. This was pointed out to a cleaner who had seen this and she closed it. I reported this to the reception staff also. The hotel itself was fine. Good facilities although the decor in some parts especially the safe in room, lifts etc could be doing with a makeover. We didn't eat or use the bar at the hotel so cant comment on that. 15 minutes into the centre of stuttgart and trains were very frequent.
