**"Disappointing and Unhygienic Experience at Ibis Aachen City Center"**

I recently checked into the Ibis Aachen City Center at 3 PM today, and I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room I was assigned. The room was dirty and disorganized, which was highly unpleasant and unacceptable. There were visible signs of neglect, including unmade beds and scattered items, which is a clear indication of poor housekeeping and a lack of attention to cleanliness. It is incredibly disrespectful to guests to provide such a poorly maintained room. Given this experience, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. It is truly disappointing and disrespectful to encounter such conditions. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

One can check into the hotel from 15:00 hrs via a display in your corridor by providing your credit card and reservation number. When we arrived at 15:30, the hallway was full of upset guests with their luggage because the machine was out of order and the reception was unmanned. The check-in machine was switched on only when the receptionist finally showed up. I understand that you wish to automate things to save cost, but you'd better ensure your systems work! It was very dirty under the beds. The warm water in the shower keeps getting completely cold while you shower, which is extremely annoying. The bread quality at breakfast is bad! Why do you not buy bread from one of the many great local bakeries instead of using low-quality, self-baking bread? Still, I paid over €175 for one night for a very poor experience. Never again!

Grime on floor, surfaces unsanitary. Noisy location facing busy street, lots of road noise and emergency vehicles with sirens through most of the night. Receiption not staffed in the evening despite announcement it would be. Soul-less budget hotel.

Budget hotel above parking and very close to the city centre. Check-in outside office hours via computer at entrace without problems. Room is modern, basic and clean. Excellent shower. Ideal location for exploring Aachen by foot. Reduced attractive rate for parking on 24 hrs basis so even far into next day.

Good for one night stay..

As the name already indicates, it's a budget hotel, so we had low expectations. Pros: location, automatic check-in, shower cabine (like in a spaceship movie), and the price Cons: one flat pillow, to borrow a hair dryer a deposit of 20 euro cash is needed (during reception hours) FYI, the entrance of the hotel is not at the street side (entrance of parking), but at the inner court
