아주 친절한 직원분들입니다. 인사동, 낙원상가, 익선동등 주변은 많은 볼거리가 있습니다. 방이 좁지만, 여행이나 비즈니스로 충분한 휴식이 됩니다.

peccato per la camera senza divanetto

Ho prenotato le ultime 3 notti della nostra vacanza in Corea in questa struttura, perchè non ho trovato posto all'Ibis Myeongdong, dove ero stata all'arrivo per 5 notti. Entrambi gli hotel hanno personale gentile, sono vicini alla metro, entrambi hanno il difetto di cambiare gli asciugamani giornalmente nonostante NON siano lasciati per terra (ma il gruppo Accor enfatizza ancora questa pratica?). In questo hotel ho dovuto prenotare una camera a 3 letti, l'unica disponibile: lo spazio del divanetto e della scrivania è quindi sacrificato rispetto a quello della camera a due letti, c'è solo un mini tavolino e una sola sedia su cui mio marito aveva quasi paura a sedersi. L'hotel è destinato prevalentemente ad una clientela internazionale, c'erano soprattutto gruppi, e questo aspetto ha riguardato anche la colazione: all'Ibis Myeongdong ci si poteva preparare il bibimbap, qui c'era solo il riso bollito, il resto del cibo non era nulla di tipico, a parte la frutta. Una cosa positiva è che il servizio bar era aperto anche la sera (dall'altra parte no, e non abbiamo usufruito del welcome drink), mio marito è sceso per prendere una birra, entrambe le volte gli è stata data la lattina senza bicchiere (in Italia avevamo visto trasmissione in cui si diceva che la birra va bevuta nel bicchiere per neutralizzare le conseguenze negative dell'anidride carbonica). Positivo invece che alla reception ci sia un cartello indicante i vari mezzi, con i relativi costi, per raggiungere l'aeroporto, e che ci sia una mini piantina sul muro indicante le vicine attrazioni. Inoltre si può lasciare, per il recupero, la tessera T Money, che però a noi serviva per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Vicino ci sono tantissimi posti dove mangiare. Mi chiedo, da ultimo, come mai Accor non mi abbia chiesto la recensione come avvenuto per l'hotel di Myeongdong (io aderisco al programma fedeltà)

About the towel replacement policy Thank you for sharing your observation regarding the daily towel change. You are right that Accor encourages guests to reuse towels in line with our sustainability policy. However, in practice, we sometimes replace them to avoid misunderstandings about room cleanliness completeness, as many guests still expect fresh towels daily. We truly appreciate your eco-conscious mindset and will continue to balance sustainability with guest expectations. 2. About the triple room and furniture setup We completely understand your feeling regarding the limited space in the triple room. Since this was the only available room during your booking period, we are sorry for the reduced lounge and desk area compared to a double occupancy room. Please rest assured that even the smaller chair provided in the room meets safety and stability standards. The minimal furniture is part of a compact design layout to optimize comfort and movement within limited space. 3. About breakfast comparison with ibis Myeongdong We sincerely understand your impression about the breakfast difference between our hotel and ibis Myeongdong. Although both hotels belong to the same Accor-Ambassador family, the breakfast menu and pricing are determined independently by each property. During peak seasons, our large number of guests can also make the breakfast area quite busy. Nevertheless, we continuously review guest feedback and are working on menu enhancement to reflect more local specialties in the future. 4. About the beer service at the bar In Korea, it is quite common for guests to enjoy beer directly from the can. To ensure availability and flexibility—especially outside of regular restaurant & bar hours—we provide canned beer as an option. We appreciate your cultural insight about serving beer in glasses and will share your comment with our team to improve the experience for future guests. 5. About the T-money card You made an interesting note about the T-money card. The KRW 3,000 deposit is non-refundable; however, we run an eco-friendly recycling initiative where guests can voluntarily leave their unused cards. Those are then recharged and reused by others, creating a small but meaningful circulation to reduce waste. 6. About not receiving the Accor guest survey We checked your profile in the system, and your registered email address appears correct. For an uncertain reason—whether a technical issue or a minor typo—the survey might not have been delivered. We truly thank you for letting us know and especially appreciate that you still took the time to leave a review on TripAdvisor.
