We are sorry that the service and delivery did not live up to your expectations, and please accept our sincerest apologies. Room service usually meets our customers' expectations. Indeed, we had limited places and our parking is very narrow for large cars (4x4, station wagons ...), we warn our customers that it is difficult to access the reservation either by phone or email.
