Worst European Hotel Room EVER

Jebus. DON'T STAY HERE. No secure internet. The bathroom is NOT in any way handicap accessible and is roughly the size of 2 public restroom stalls in the states. There is barely enough room to walk around the bed (sideways only, on the window side). On the other side of the bed you can stretch your leg and put your foot IN the bathroom. And I'm only 5'3". There's literally not enough room for a bedside table on either side. Yes, we've stayed in many a tiny European hotel room. This one doesn't even have room for a luggage rack. If my husband is on the edge of the bed I have to get ON the bed ro get to my side. There are pieces falling off the wall. The wallpaper in the hallway is peeling. I feel lied to. The wifi is free -- but unsecured and useless. Save your money. It's like a step up from a hostel. I've stayed in ibis Styles before. NEVER EVER EVER again. Let's see, any positives? Desk clerk is nice. They're a block away from a vibrant neighborhood. It's decorated cute on the surface. However, I need a room where I don't bang my elbow on the wall while changing shirts. Which actually happened. I will be demanding a refund and moving elsewhere for the rest of my stay.

Hotelik bardzo skromny , w hotelu czysto . Pokoje małe jak na naszą trójkę ( stanowczo za małe , żeby jedna osoba mogła się poruszać pozostałe dwie muszą siedzieć na łóżkach ) i co najbardziej doskwiera to brak nawet najmniejszej szafy . Śniadania bardzo ubogie ale wystarczające na początek dnia . Wrażenia pozytywne a obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła.

Dobra lokalizacja. Niedaleko dwie linie metra. Do Bazyliki na wzgórze Montmartre 15-20 minut spacerkiem. Okolica spokojna i według mnie bezpieczna

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Śniadanie pół po francusku i pół kontynentalnie. Automat z kawą i czekoladą, automat do wyciskania pomarańczy. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie. Jedynie wegetarianin mógłby niezbyt się najeść ponieważ nie było żadnych warzyw. Ale na słodko jak najbardziej ;-)

Ibis Styles Paris Montmartre Nord Paris Bad Hotel, Worst Staff Members 954500619 Subject: Disappointing Experience at Ibis Hotel Dear Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent stay my party and I had at your establishment. Our experience was marred by consistently poor customer service, rude and unhelpful staff, and several significant issues that were not adequately addressed. Firstly, the lack of air conditioning in our room was unacceptable. Despite repeated complaints to the receptionist, who displayed an alarming lack of empathy and professionalism, our issue remained unresolved. Having to descend from the 5th floor multiple times to address this issue only compounded our frustration. The dismissive attitude and rudeness displayed by your staff during these interactions were deeply concerning and did not reflect the level of service one would expect from a reputable hotel chain. Furthermore, the lack of courtesy shown towards us throughout our stay was disheartening. Despite our clear dissatisfaction and regular complaints, there was a noticeable absence of any effort to rectify the situation or even offer basic courtesies such as apologies or updates on the status of our concerns. Additionally, the mismanagement of our room bookings was highly disappointing. We had specifically requested that our two rooms be located together, yet upon arrival, we were allocated rooms on different floors without any prior notification or explanation. This lack of attention to our reservation details further contributed to our overall negative experience. In light of these issues, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by Ibis Hotel. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of care and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking during our stay. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to address the shortcomings in your service, ensuring that future guests do not encounter similar issues. I am aware that the quality of the stay has been altered during your stay because a person to force a door of our elevator that has been stopped by precaution by our partner company until the reparations can take place. The degats were important which delayed the return to service of the elevator We had no other alternative as my staff explained on the spot.
