Had a wonderful one-night stay at ibis Kochi with my family. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Excellent stay at ibis Kochi City Centre. From the moment of booking, the team was friendly, responsive, and highly professional. All my reservations and airport pick-up arrangements were seamlessly coordinated, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I also organised a business dinner with my key stakeholders, and the hotel team truly exceeded expectations. Special recognition to Executive Chef Arun, F&B team Mohan and Front Office Manager Kiran for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The Kerala specialties served were outstanding—authentic, flavourful, and truly one of the best Kerala dining experiences I’ve had. A sincere thank you to the entire team for delivering such a memorable and well-executed stay.
