Ibis surabaya city center is my family since a year ago. been a few times stayed here and always got a wonderful experiences. thank you Melinda in front office that always greet our famuily as well. for sure we will comebact to stay here if we visit surabaya

Ibis surabaya city center is one of branded hotel in center of surabaya. Has a wonderful room, friendly staff and good location for hunt some food or even for shopping. Ms. Melinda assist me during my stay. I am a Accor membership and i am so glad that ibis staff was so nice and helpful, keep it up for ibis surabaya city center. Nice hotel and nice service

Great place, Melinda has been very helpful and accomodating. She make sure all of my concerns are settled. Love the facilities in the hotel and all of the friendly hospitality in the hotel. The service is quick anda efficient. The hotel is well located.

Special thanks to Melinda in receptionist,room hotel was full but she tried to give a room as soon as possible at about 1 pm. i love the service from the staff, the ambience of hotel was so homie. i would happy to comeback to stay here for next month.

Good service, nice employee. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back again if I visit Surabaya. The hotel employees really helped me when I ask about direction to some places and really so helpful. I will recomend this hotel to my family or my friend.
