Horrible stay - not suitable for business travel

There’s not a lot of good things I can say about this property. The air conditioning did not work, the shower ran hot and cold and there are ongoing building works. To top it off, the check-in experience was frosty and the hotel still haven’t sent me an email copy of my invoice - and I checked out last week. So for business travellers it’s null points from me. The only good things I can say is the bed was comfortable and it was a short walk from the tram stop. But I won’t be staying there again and I won’t be using Ibis fast check-out in the future either. I contacted Accor support and I have since emailed the hotel but still no reply. That’s the zero level of customer care I’m talking about.

Clean, cool, old, nice people, but unfortunately single beds instead of double beds which I booked, the location is okay. You can travel to the Eifel tower Versailles and the louvre within one hour. Cleaning ladies did a very good job.

Comfortable bed, great shower and spacious room. No tea or coffee making facilities but didn't matter much to us anyway. Close to tram station and travel into city centre/eiffel tower takes about 25/30mins which in my opinion is great. Overall great value for money

Good hotel for us in Paris

This was our second stay at The Ibis hotel at Issy Les Moulineaux Val De Seine as we have friends living in this area but it is handy for getting to central Paris by the Metro or bus. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful.
