Dear Ning, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations regarding the service and the facilities. The rooms at ibis budget have a standard size of 13.4 square meters, including the open bathroom concept, and are minimally furnished. If you were not satisfied with the product, we invite you to try our adjacent ibis Hotel during your next visit to Cologne. The rooms there are slightly larger at 16.4 square meters and feature a large desk, a walk-in wardrobe, and a separate wet area. Additionally, we offer a hotel bar that is open 24/7, and the breakfast selection is also a bit more varied. We would be pleased to welcome you again at the next opportunity and wish you all the best until then!
