一早十點要check in無法，飯店人員無法提供我房間，但是很友善的幫我寄放行李，因為我需要私人空間開會，也立即提供我協助，讓我使用旁邊還沒營業的餐廳開會。 飯店前台服務人員服務很好，非常友善，尤其是Mr.Schiefer幫了我很大的忙，Doorman也非常熱情協助我，金卡會員有蛋糕和greeting notes,讓我備受禮遇，下次如果有來科隆，還會再入住！！
