Ive stayed here over 40 times on my many visits to HK. Near restos, banks, trams, harbor, ferry terminal, cafes, etc... Only drawback I found is they charge a huge price for Friday and Sat nights that makes looking around for other hotels a necessity. In some cases, Ibis is more than the Novotel in Causewaybay or Citigate. I pointed this out to them.
