I was always a big fan of this hotel. Everything seemed perfect. Unfortunately, the past few years have left their mark on this Novotel. The furniture in the room was showing signs of wear, there was mold on the seals in the shower, the air conditioning was running at full speed even on the lowest setting and an additional air purifier (for whatever reason it was necessary...) was practically impossible to operate because it was far too loud. The breakfast has also gone downhill. It's still good, but no longer has the huge selection it had a few years ago. I would be happy if this could be improved soon, this hotel has potential.

One night stay at this hotel, the cheak in staff were so kind and helpful went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of and that I enjoyed my stay. shuttle bus fabulous breakfast, good variety room clean. convenient location would definitely stay here again

The rooms were spacious and clean, I especially liked the small details like the HEPA filter and night light switches on both sides of the bed that turns on the light to the toilet without lighting up the entire room. What could improve is having USB/electrical outlets next to the bed. The location was suitable for my needs as I wanted a nice hotel that is relatively close to the airport and Tueng Mun. Getting to the city centre was a long-ish journey but it's a direct train to get to Hong Kong Station in Central.

Good for one night if needing a layover. Room was clean and comfortable. It’s attached to the outlet mall and walking distance to the cable car to see big Buddha. Free airport shuttle running regularly. Wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night as the rooms have no coffee or tea making facilities. Pool area is nice.

A perfect stay for a trip to Hong Kong! Has everything you will need in a hotel and very friendly staff!

It is very close to the Shopping Outlet and The MRT. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially staff member named UU, helped us with lots of things during our stay! the location is good near the airport and The hotel provide free shuttle bus very convenient.
