We enjoyed the service, especially Paul Chan was most helpful. The buffet breakfast was delightful with a large variety of options. The singing in the bar varied from not good to pretty good depending on the evening. We also took advantage of the special lounge on the top floor which had both a tea hour and evening with wine, drinks or snacks for free. We stayed for 2 weeks and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and transportation.

Steven is the best manager. Cleaning service was very good. Location is great, close to the train station. Galen and Amila at the front desk are very attentive to customers. Facilities are very good. Gary is very attentive to the customer needs and my bags.

Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff. The chap on reception tried hard - and succeeded - to find me a room with a view of Victoria Harbour. Great breakfast. Rooms are small, but this is Hong Kong. The rooms however could do with a refresh - they are somewhat basic but clean and acceptable. The hotel itself is well located off the main tram route on Henessey Road and reasonable walking distance of both Wan Chai and Exhibition Stations. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my husband decided to stay in this hotel because of the location and the reviews. The hotel staff are nice and friendly, after she learn than we are the first time come to hong kong, she introduce the famous dishes which only “local” will know. really appreciate.
