Dear Mr Erik, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your first stay at ibis Lagos Ikeja. We sincerely apologize for the multiple service lapses you experienced. Not having towels available upon arrival, despite repeated follow-ups is unacceptable and certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused especially having to wait at the front desk to resolve the matter. We are equally sorry for your experience at the restaurant particularly the limited menu availability, the manner in which alternatives were communicated and the coffee machine being out of order. We understand how disappointing this must have been and we regret that our response did not reflect the attentiveness and care our guests deserve. Your comments regarding staff responsiveness and service attitude have been taken very seriously for immediate review and corrective action. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. While we regret that your first experience with us was a disappointing one we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a more improved experience.
