Pyszne śniadania, wyjeżdżaliśmy wcześnie rano a mimo to został udostępniony nam ekspres do kawy i rogaliki . Zestaw do kawy/herbaty przy recepcji. Polecamy !

Good value and close to Metro, but staff very disappointing

Good value at ~100 EUR/night for a fairly large room by Paris standards, including a good breakfast (freshly squeezed OJ, fresh baguette, Bonne Maman jam etc.). It's just outside of Paris but a short walk to Line 14 of the Metro. On my last stay, I was assigned a disabled room so NO shower curtain/partition: this means the bathroom will be wet. The receptionist at night was new to the hotel (temp agency) and unable to change the room. I was initially sent to another room by mistake - as there's only one elevator, it takes a while to go up and down. No apology. The disabled room only had ONE towel (for 2 adults...), which was another shortcoming that's easy to fix with proper training and better processes. I had sent an email to reception ahead of my stay to request a room facing the courtyard but my request hadn't been taken into account this time (last time, it was), so I suggest calling the hotel a few days ahead to make sure the room assignment is NOT disabled and NOT facing the busy street. To be fair, if you're on a high floor, you won't hear much noise even if facing the street so it didn't bother me too much on this occasion but would imagine it would be noisy on a lower floor... Overall, I still think it offers great value for Paris - I prefer paying ~100 for a large room with a good breakfast vs. 200+ for a tiny room in a more central location. It's a trade-off and will come down to personal preferences. With proper training of staff, this could be a much better experience!

This was a really great hotel! The staff were lovely and gave the kids a little gift when we arrived. There was hot and cold drinking water available all the time at reception but we took our travel kettle for our room. We were given a quiet room at the back of the hotel which was clean and had enough space for 4 of us. The beds were comfy and there was no noise apart from a few doors slamming and the odd ambulance. There was space to hang clothes but no wardrobe. The shower was hot and there was enough towels. The only bin was a tiny one in the bathroom. We didn’t need the air con so can’t comment on that. Breakfast was good - even my picky eaters ate something. There was enough tables for breakfast apart from the last day when it was very busy at the weekend. 5 minute walk to the metro station and 30 minute journey into the centre of Paris. Would definitely stay again! Thankyou for a lovely holiday!

Be careful of theft in the Lobby

My mothers bag was stolen during breakfast in the Lobby. It was kept on one of the empty chairs next to her. We filed a police complaint but anticipate that probably not much will come of it. I understand from some members of the hotel staff that this has happened several times at this hotel already and it was probably an outsider who is a professional thief. Yet : a. There is no attempt to limit automatic access to the Hotel Lobby ( say for example, only to those carrying a room card) b. There is no information in the Hotel lobby so that guests can be forewarned about such incidents c. The manager is apathetic and lacking courtesy. After our initial contact with him on the morning of the theft, we never heard from him again - the next morning he was in the Lobby but did not even approach us. All this is to say that is you're staying here, be careful with your belongings.
