Zdecydowanie przesadzono z 4 gwiazdkową kategoryzacją tego hotelu. Zasługuje co najwyzej na trzy lub dwie gwiazdki. Mały pokój z widokiem na obskurną ścianę i dach sąsiedniego budynku. W pokoju 2-osobowym tylko jeden fotelik. Brak mini kosmetyków. Skromne wyposażenie pokoju. Widoczne zniszczenia przy listwach podłogowych. Brak informatora o hotelu (wystarczyłaby jedna kartka) np. z numerami telefonów, w tym do recepcji. Stara, mała winda nie dająca poczucia bezpieczeństwa.

The hotel rooms are a bit on the small side. The television in the room did not have BBC television stations. The location is great for variety of affordable restaurants and good transport links to Paris south, Gare du Nord and CDG airport..

The location for the hotel was perfect: very close to metro and tram for accessing the city. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. I was travelling alone for part of my stay so the location again was ideal. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a problem with the rooms and the receptionist wouldn't help us and even lied to us. But! The manager was really helpfull, understood and helped us! The rooms are good, breakfast is ok, the hotel hasn't got a parking as in the description is mentioned, but there's a private parking at the corner not from Mercure. It's good, but you have to go with your luggage on the street and it's a little walk. The places by accor app doesn't know the hotel and they don't know anything about the club Accor loyalty program.

Very nice place to stay for 1 night : easy access and travel by car (close to Peripherique), by metro (line 4) and tramway. The room was confortable, and the only detail to be corrected is the absence of hangers for the towels in the bathroom.
