Location only and the cutleries available in the kitchenette and breakfast staff members are the only positives about this place. It's next to shops, eateries and a bakery which had the most fabulous desserts! Where do I start… upon entry to the hotel we noted the playing area where children could play but here’s the joke… when our children played, they were told off and were told to be quiet. We were in room 305. The rooms were so smelly and toilet was horrible. The water in the bathroom didn’t go down quick enough so horrible stain in the bath tub as a result. The bedding also had a lingering smell to it. This was the last leg of our holiday in Europe and for 3 nights too and honestly it was not great. The breakfast spread is simple and not much variety for young children. The coffee machine isn't great but I appreciated that this was available throughout the day and it served hot chocolate. The breakfast staff members are lovely however and attentive and this was appreciated. I’m gutted that I stayed here and maybe hotel would have been a better option! They clean the room at a cost and you have to throw your own bins out. The cherry on top of this fiasco was that, my family members who had a separate booking had some issues with the payments of the rooms. I witnessed my sibling attempt 3 times to make payment for the reservation but every time- the reception area was crowded or the front desk member didn't know how to take the payments and told them to come back. My sibling spent over 30 mins paying for their bookings, only to be told on departure by another staff member that - that there was still an outstanding balance. They had to catch the transport mode back to London and already departed. I was checking-out late but the front desk wanted to see if I could pay on their behalf?? How unprofessional is that? For the money I paid I would have been better off somewhere else. Not going to coming here again for sure! Highly unrecommend!

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL 8/16/25 We made a reservation for 2 rooms which included 3 seniors last week. Arrived at 930am to drop our luggage (6 large+3 small) off into the holding area. We were informed to return at 2pm by the lady at front desk to check in. Returned at 2pm and was told check in is at 3pm by Yassim. He stated in his exact words "Sometimes there's a language barrier here in France so she may have not understood what we asked her about check in" ??? She literally said check in is at 2 and held up 2 fingers. She also answered our question about the fridge having a freezer, so there was no language issues. Room 1: Dirty and fridge doesn't work and leaks. Upon dropping our luggage off there was a customer complaining about a fridge not working, I think this was her room. Room 2: It's now 3:45pm waited in the lobby 1hr and 45mins for the 2nd room and never checked in because it took to long. We were told by the Manager Yassim that the cleaning crew is 3rd party and all we can do is wait. I asked to cancel the room and get a refund for at least the 1 room that we didnt check into. He said he cant do anything about a refund since it's policy. I don't even have a check in or cancel paperwork for the 2nd room. I immediately called a true 4 star hotel Les Artiste Hotel and was offered a better price and rooms immediately. We took the deal. Returned the keys to Room 1 and pulled all our luggage from holding. At that time we were then offered 2 free upgrades and our rooms were ready. Really took 2 hours to offer that? Will never return to this hotel. Update on refund: I got our $19eu refunded in taxes. I have been working with Hotels.com on a refund request for 1 week now. Exact response "Hello Arthur We wanted to follow up after our last conversation, where you asked us to reach out to Aparthotel Adagio Paris Montrouge to see if refunding your booking fee was possible. Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain approval from the property manager to waive the booking fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply an refund can't be granted. " So the hotel didnt respond, smart of them. Now on to filing a dispute and posting this all on sites including social media.

Cheap 2 star hotel. Please avoid it.

Its a 2 star hotel and not a 4 star. Paris city should demote it to 2 star. Its an old rundown cheap hotel. Please don't stay there. Its a pathetic hotel and very depressing. I was there for 4 days and they did not clean the room even once. They charge for cleaning the rooms.

This hotel is good this is our second visit this year. Fantastic position, great transport links, plenty of local shops, huge monoprix around the corner, studios so well stocked with micro, dishwasher and utensils, unusual for Paris has aircon, will always stay here in Paris. Staff are amazing as well.

Sam pokój (numer 611) był ładny, jednk z łazienki wydobywał się brzydki zapach. Butelka na wodę była bardzo brudna, aż zapleśniała w środku. Odnisłem ją do recepcji i nawet mnie za to nie przeproszono, nie mówiąc o wymianie butelki na nową. Kieliszki i szklanki w kuchni też były brudne.
