Bad breakfast with two small pieces of bread for two people. Weak cleaning service. The breakfast only served in the room with only small portions of butter and jam without any more options like salami, fruits, eggs or breads….

Great Stay, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff

We were upgraded and allowed to get into our room very early, everyone was very helpful and kind. The apartment was perfectly clean and of great quality, it was a shame it was too cold to use the balcony which looked great ! The beds were very comfortable too. The only downside was the breakfast, which was no where near worth the 15€ each (possibly not the case during normal times when I imagine it's a buffet, but due to Covid we just collected a small bag of things to eat in our room.)

A disappointing start to our stay in Paris

On arrival at 3pm we were ignored while two receptions discussed a missing 2euros - then advised that check-in was not 3.00 but 3.30 pm. After 24 hours in the air and experience of ACCOR all over the world we were very disappointed.Then when we were given the keys to the room the carpet was so badly stained and worn and smelly that we could not take off our shoes in the room. We were moved the following day, but to a room with a lesser view. Our worst ACCOR experience ever.

Convenient and provided all we needed

I was visiting Paris with my son so we needed 2 bedrooms and the cost of 2 separate hotel rooms was too much. We chose here rather than an apartment via one of the private renting websites because it offered air conditioning and we felt that would be an essential in Paris in July. We were not disappointed. The apartment was a good size, a double bedroom and a bed settee in the lounge, both comfortable, the kitchen area provided all we needed, the balcony was a nice addition, there was a work desk and a dining table. And returning to a cool apartment after the heat of the day in Paris was wonderful. Even though we overlooked the road the soundproofing was such that we didn't hear the traffic at all The metro (line 4) is about 5 minutes walk away to get us in to the centre of Paris, the bus (126) took us from outside the apartments to the station for the RER C to Versailles (Issy Val de Seine) so travel was easy. There are various restaurants and take aways close by, small shops, a boulangerie and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. Hotel staff we friendly and helpful

We had a 2 room, 3 bed aparthotel. Pros: It was easy to have privacy in both rooms Excellent balcony view (7th floor) All kitchen appliances were present and functioning All lights and outlets worked Cons: The whole apartment was smaller than expected The walls, floorboards, and parts of the carpet are beat up/scratched up a bit Beds are hard- not bad if you like a firm mattress The detachable shower head wouldn't stay up when attached to the wall (kept sliding down) Overall, I feel like the whole room was a little small and beat up for the price, but it also provided everything it advertises.

Money was stolen on my last night

On the last night of my stay, 700 euros was stolen from my locked bag. And i triple searched my bag and suitcase and reported the case to the hotel management. I have not heard from the hotel till now. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody if it has security issues. There are no camera in the corridors where rhe rooms are found and to check if anybody has come in the room while i was at work required time and permission. I was so disappointed that no immediate action was taken and still don't know if any action has been taken as the hotel has not contacted me. Really horrible experience. Please avoid this hotel or any adagio. Better be safe than sorry.

We had a very bad experience staying there. We stayed in hotel for 7 days; 1) The hotel has not cleaned my room for a single day. 2) The people at reception are not friendly. 3) The internet services are very bad. Overall, staying experience is very bad.

Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła.Wszystkie problemy były rozwiązywane.Podobało mi się,że w aneksie kuchennym były wszystkie potrzebne drobiazgi np.otwieracz do butelek z winem!Gdyby były trochę tańsze śniadania to byłoby super.

Bardzo zadowolony ze standardu, czystości oraz wyposażenia hotelu. Zdecydowanie największym plusem jest standard mieszkalny, aneks kuchenny, balkon itp. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Jedynym minusem było bezpieczeństwo - pomimo, że do wejścia do hotelu potrzebny jest PIN, to bardzo łatwo się do niego dostać - wystarczy poczekać aż ktoś otworzy drzwi oraz wejść za osobą. Nie ma następnie żadnej metody zabezpieczającej, co powoduje że na korytarzach hotelowych mógł się znaleść praktycznie każdy. I chociaż podczas pobytu żaden taki incydent nie miał miejsca, to powodowało to dość spory dyskomfort.

This is a great value for a clean property and the metro was only 10 minute walk through a nice neighborhood and close to local shopping areas (monoprix, cafe's). Definitely would come back to visit!!
