Dear Customer, We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience at our hotel did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us because it helps us identify areas that need improvement. We would like to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. We are closely examining the issues you mentioned, including the need to renovate our facilities. We inform you that work is planned for the beginning of 2025. Concerning the plastic sheet of your bed, it is a sheet which is obligatory for hygiene reasons. In addition, we will immediately investigate the problem of the air conditioning in your room in order to to resolve it effectively. We hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a much more enjoyable experience on your next visit. Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing the Ibis Styles Beaune hotel for your stay. We are delighted that you had a good stay with us and that you appreciated the proximity to the city center, the friendliness of our staff and our breakfast buffet. We have taken good note of your comment regarding your accommodation. We inform you that we have two types of rooms. Standard rooms of 19m² with double bed and shower and Privilege rooms of 24m² with double bed, sofa, bathtub and separate toilet for maximum space and comfort. We invite you during a future stay with us to choose the type of accommodation that suits you best. The whole team thanks you again and we hope to see you again very soon in Beaune.
