However air-conditioner seems cannot cotrol. I set to 21° already, but the temp in the room still in 25°. Too hot inside.

Accor properties in mainland China tend to not provide welcome amenities to members with elite status, in comparison to countries like Australia or Singapore. The service quality is quite low.

My second stay in this well located hotel with up to date rooms, service could be greatly improved

Stayed 6 days in the hotel. Good up to date rooms. Good job cleaning the room. Cleaner was efficient in cleaning the room and very polite each morning. The biggest annoyance is overall service. The service standard is subpar by global pullman standards especially in check in and out. The breakfast and club/lounge personnel providing service for breakfast or platinum/diamond member evening cocktail are best described as emotionless robots who seem unhappy with work. Maybe it's a hotel management issue. They were not rude but i expected more from the brand. I can understand the cultural difference but the standard is far too low to the point of disgraceful.
