We had stayed your Pullman Xuhui total 8 nights, the room was always freshly cleaned, the breakfast was having so big variety to choose, even having seafoods, the stuff there were keeping on eye my plate if my appetite allowed me to have second and third plate which I did, my coffee was always on my table without asking, the receptionists at entrance were friendly and willing to please me. I had a lunch at " Yue" where the formal Chinese food was served beautifully. It was a memorable trip, I liked everyone I talked to at the hotel. I will go back again this July.

Overall experience: The stay was acceptable overall, though greater warmth, attention, and consistency would significantly improve the guest experience. Emotional Connection: Upon arrival, we were not greeted, and we waited standing during the check-in process without acknowledgment. A warm welcome and proactive engagement would help guests feel more comfortable from the beginning. Room & Facilities: On the first night, we experienced an electricity issue in the room around midnight, which prevented the use of the hair dryer. Engineering support was prompt and professional, and assistance was appreciated. However, clearer communication, a quicker resolution, or follow-up the next day would have improved the experience. Amenities: Amenities were very minimal. Toothbrushes were available upon request, while items such as shower caps, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not provided. Offering a more complete set of standard amenities, or clearly informing guests of available items, would enhance comfort. Staff: Most interactions felt functional rather than personal. The housekeeping team consistently greeted us warmly, which was appreciated. The staff member who assisted with the room change was polite and helpful. However, a follow-up after the issue would have shown greater care. Additionally, we observed a staff member using a mobile phone with the loudspeaker on inside the elevator. Maintaining professional behavior in guest-facing areas would help uphold service standards. Check-out: The check-out process was efficient but transactional. A friendly farewell or personal acknowledgment would leave a more positive final impression. Suggestions for improvement: Focusing on guest recognition, proactive communication, consistent service follow-up, and professionalism in public areas would greatly enhance the overall experience.

everything is great besides Oder from toilet, also if there is any flavored liquor in executive lounge, it will be better
