Room was good and spacious. Variety of choices for breakfast. However, there seems to be only 1 English speaking staffs per shift so we had to wait to get in touch with an English speaking staff.

The location is bit far from tourist attractions, more like a business district hotel. So not suitable for family that going on holidays. But most of staff can understand English, so it’s good. But the gym is a bit run down for a 5 stars hotel like Pullman.
