Reception staff seemed confused , I queued many times as my room key didn’t work almost everyday - lock changes and whatever… this is the most annoying part once you do your way up to the room and find the key doesn’t work. ; then queue same line as the guests check in while hotel staff seems not working and observing …. Room also smelly in general ; this was a top hotel years back (haven’t been here for 3 years now …)

This was a nice and convenient hotel to stay at. I have stayed here before. It is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food is good. Shopping centre next door.

Comfy bed and room setup allows for good rest. Daily room clean up is quite efficient, usually done within the morning. The air in the room seems to be quite dusty upon arrival so we were feeling some discomfort in our airways on the first 2 days. The friend developed an allergy while using the gym, non stop sneezing and swollen eyes upon entering the gym space and using the treadmill. She took allergy pill and then went outdoor for some fresh air exchange and the symptoms slowly subsided the same day. The room cleaning service is a bit inconsistent, theres always adequate bottled water in the room and towels were changed out daily. Toothpaste was given from 2nd day onwards. The tissue ran out and there was no refill (we had a big pack of tissue thus did not bother to go through the hassle of calling to have tissue delivered. There was some safety features to the door that it can be opened either upwards or downwards by random order. Would appreciate this can be explained to guest upon check-in. We had some issues opening the door only to find this out later in our stay.
