Bathrooms required some maintenance during our visit, water pressure was quite slow, taps could not be adjusted properly, and we were unable to get water to flow into the bathtub. I have referenced a video to show the issue with the tap setup, which also seems to be causing some staining on the wall. Additionally, the shower head could not be securely hung or kept upright on its stand. I actually reported the loose shower stand on our very first day, but unfortunately, no one came to check or fix it during our stay. We also ran into some trouble with amenities and housekeeping. On the first day, all of the shampoo, and hair conditioner ran out. We requested a refill from housekeeping for the second day, but unfortunately, they were never replenished. Furthermore, when we initially checked in, we noticed that the bedding was a bit untidy. The doonas were not tucked into the mattresses, which made the rooms look quite unmade upon arrival. We also noticed that the in-room phones were not working, which made it difficult for us to contact the front desk for assistance with these issues. Furthermore, we felt the guest experience could be improved with a bit more warmth from the team. staff we interacted with seemed a bit rushed and lacked the friendly, passionate welcome and smiles we usually look forward to when staying at a hotel. Lastly, I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding your accessible room, as we found it isn't fully wheelchair friendly. shower stand is currently positioned too high to reach comfortably, and it would be incredibly helpful to install an additional handle and shower chair in the shower area to improve safety and accessibility for future guests. We chose your hotel hoping for a comfortable experience, so we were disappointed to encounter these setbacks across all of our booked rooms.
