Room was cold and dated. A little rough round the edges but most of all cold. The air con blew cold air and the radiator was on but quite low!

Lovely entrance, well presented and looking forward to the stay. Asked for an upgraded room and willing to pay but was told fully booked when it was far from it. Very quiet Sunday night. Standard room is just that. We wanted a better experience stay but unfortunately wasn’t the case. Spa facilities really good tho and recommend. Good location.

Radiator valve was clattering all night, couldn't sleep very well. Filmed it and was wanting to speak to someone on reception in the morning but nobody was available.
