During my recent stay at ibis Styles Denpasar (3rd occasion in 2024), I was consistently impressed by the dedication, kindness, & exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. I’d like to highlight a few individuals who went above & beyond to make my stay memorable: • Mr. Wisnaya Putra (Front Office Manager): His kindness and efficiency in resolving an issue with my reservation at ibis Styles Simatupang in Jakarta were remarkable. I truly appreciate his assistance! One of the kindest people I’ve met! • Mrs. Yuni P. Sari (Front Office Supervisor): Yuni is an exceptional professional with extensive knowledge and an uplifting personality. It’s been an absolute pleasure to interact with her. Her dedication and commitment to excellence are admirable, and I believe she is a tremendous asset to the team with a bright future ahead. • Dwi: Mr. Dwi’s kindness and politeness stood out, making my stay even more pleasant. • Nara: Her wonderful personality and charming smile made her one of my favorites. I sincerely hope she continues her journey with ibis Styles, and I look forward to seeing her again on future visits. • Desi: Desi’s proactive approach and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. • Praba: It was impressive to see the young trainee Praba manage responsibilities in both the reception and restaurant with such dedication. • Ari: As a daily worker, Ari demonstrates incredible diligence and professionalism beyond his age! At only 17, he is already one of the hardest-working individuals I’ve met, and I am confident he has a very bright future!! • Yahya (F&B): Nur Yahya’s extraordinary work ethic deserves recognition. On November 18th, I observed him working tirelessly from early morning until late evening – a true hero!! • Ifan: Ifan’s brilliance shines through in his preparation of delicious juices and his patience with my vegetarian requests. He is undoubtedly a star! He displays much Attention to detail! • Nopi: Mrs. Nopi displays a mix of hard work, beautiful smile, captivating personality are impressive. Her commitment and dedication are evident and deeply appreciated. • Mr. Putu Setiawan and “Ibu”Virga: Both Mr. Putu and Miss Virga displayed exceptional professionalism and kindness, with Mr. Putu’s respectful demeanor leaving a particularly positive impression. Also I’d like to extend my gratitude to the housekeeping staff for their friendliness and kindness, which added to the overall warmth of my stay. It’s rare to encounter a team where every individual shines, and I am deeply impressed by the caliber of the staff. Their efforts and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect Accor’s high standards of leadership at ibis Styles Denpasar Bali. Thank you for fostering such an exceptional team. The condition of the room was very disappointing and smelly

On January 8 2024 I stayed in room 229, I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel which did not match the price because the room was ugly and smelled very bad, there were animals in the room and the water dispenser was broken. Very different from the conditions at the Ibis hotel in Jakarta. I have complained but the service was also not satisfactory.

Because this might happen after checking before you enter. However, you have not provided certainty regarding whether you will extend your stay or not. So our team has not moved your room yet. I had a meeting at the Ibis Hotel Denpasar, it was hot in the meeting room, the AC wasn't working properly, when I had dinner at the restaurant the AC wasn't on either, it felt very hot during dinner. When we were having dinner we saw rats in the smoking area, we moved to an indoor restaurant and there were rats walking around. I complained to the hotel staff but there was no response. I stayed in room 208, in general the room was good, the AC in the room was a little less cold, the shower light in the bathroom was off, and there was stagnant water that couldn't get into the floor drain because the slope was not appropriate. Breakfast was good, only I saw there was a bucket because there was a leak at several points. This is an international hotel. Need to improve for batter services

It really has come to our concern for the ponts that you shared. For the AC, as you known that our property mostly using glass as interior and Bali temperature rather high in this month. It might affecting the total temperature eventhough we are turning on the AC for the wide open area such as meeting room, restaurant and lobby. However, your input still matter for us. We do taking it as our note and focus to be improve. Regarding the leakage you may found in our restarurant, it is affected by our insulation project which we might inform you will not happen again after the project is done. For the rest matters, we do putting concern and will liase to the respective department to ensure it is not happening again in the future.
