I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Jakarta Central Park! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional. It's a very family-friendly hotel, especially being directly connected to both Central Park and Neo Soho malls. Super convenient for dining, shopping, and keeping kids entertained. The room was clean and modern, and breakfast had a great variety. Highly recommended for families and travelers who value comfort and convenience

This hotel really comfortable , connected with biggest mall on the west and the room has a good city lights view. I recommended to booking deluxe with park view so the room can be facing to the front of mall. I and family are really happy to coming back here especially the staff very polite

From the day it was first launched till today customer service have always been excellent. Sincere thanks to Michi for a wonderful personal touch. Such an employee is an asset to the establishment. Room have been maintained well and enjoyed my stay here even after 7 years.

This is my second time staying at pullman jakarta central park, everything remain the same. The room was very nice snd comfortable with a very nice bathtub. The service at executive lounge was excellent especially from Novi, she was very polite. The breakfast choice quite much and tasty, definitely will come back soon.

Pullman CP is situated in a strategic location, adjacent to Central Park Mall and Neo Soho Mall. You have numerous options to choose from, food and entertainment in both malls. There are so many good restaurants in those malls. Two days before my stay, I emailed them asking for early check-in and benefits from my Accor Plus Platinum membership. They gave a prompt reply, which is good. The answer was based on the textbook (1 level upgrade, early check-in based on availability, etc). I booked through Accor App one day before my stay, at a pretty late hour. I emailed them again asking for decorations for my kid. In other Accor hotels, there is usually a guest relations team that texts me asking details of my stays, ensuring a smooth process. It didn't happen with Pullman CP, probably due to my last-minute booking. 1. Upon arrival around 11 am, I inquired about early check-in availability. It was not, as I had to wait until 2 pm, which is almost the standard check-in time—nothing special for my Platinum status. 2. I dropped off my luggage at 11 am, requesting that it be delivered to my room when ready. When I arrived at my room, no luggage. I need to take it by myself. 3. My room was upgraded one level, which only involved a change in view, as the textbook stated. It seems that they were not generous to Platinum members. It's pretty different from the Raffles Hotel, fair enough, given the price difference as well. They gave a welcoming decoration for my kid as requested, a cake, and a tent. I'm thankful but I can't say that's something special as I always got that on all of my stays even in Mercure hotel (a four star hotel). 4. I got an extra card for the 12th floor to access the Executive Lounge. When I tapped it on the elevator, it got a green blink, but I couldn't press the 12th floor button. Bro, can you imagine my mood at this time? 5. I requested a late checkout until 3 pm, but the letter stated that I could request it until 5 pm. The person answering my phone call didn't seem to be trained well. Why not asking whether I want to stay until 5 pm as the text book said; as that's how everything seems to work up until now (sorry a bit sarcastic). 6. Then, the last bad part, on the last day, I went to the mall for lunch. When I came back, the elevator card was not functioning. It was expected because it had passed the standard check-out time, so the system might revoke it. However, no one reminded me when I requested the late check-out over the phone. It was weird, Platinum members seem to be more appreciated in a more luxurious hotel like Raffles (the first hotel that I booked when I achieved my Platinum status). I can tolerate it if it is a four-star hotel like my previous stay in Mercure, but Pullman CP is a five-star hotel. I expect them to give more excellent service.
