We had a full day meeting in Studio 3-5 meeting room on 17 Dec 2024. Though the meeting room is not our number 1 preference (Gallery room is still the best!), the facilities in Studio 3-5 is great. The IT support staff is also very helpful. The most remarkable is of course the service of the banquet team, Bapak Panji, Bapak Rais, dan Mas Wisnu. They serve with heart and very responsive to our needs and requests the whole day! Appreciation for the 3 of them! Thank you, we will for sure be back for the next meeting.

This is my first time for staying at Pullman Jakarta. When i came in the hotel all the staff is very friendly. When check in process, the receptionist is very attentive and helpful, i got the best room. I really would like to express our sincere appreciation for wonderful experience that I had at the hotel. I really truly grateful for your cooperation and all the service that you had rendered. beside that a friendly & accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Especially is gilang, he is very helpful and polite. I promoses will be come again for staying at Pullman Jakarta thamrin

I stay on monday December 16,2024 until december 18. Thx to mr. Andri for the trainer at fit and spa very helpful. Jacuzi, steam and sauna fantastic. The facility is so awesome and the food is so good and i think i will stay in this hotel next year

Always a great stay at Pullman. Ms Suryani takes good care of my arrangements. Look forward to return soon, really top level staff. Location also is superb opposite plaza Indonesia. Plenty of food and beverage offerings on site too. Gym is well fitted out
