The hotel is a family and kids friendly hotel. The staff are also very friendly. The food is incredible good...my kids love to stay here so much... We got so much help from The staff from borrowing Nintendo switch and also white serving food durung our breakfast time. Special thanks to ms April that has been very helpful durung our stay here. .We will definitely love to stay here next time in the future.

The stay at Mercure Sabang has been an amazing experience. I would say that the hospitality in Mercure Sabang is the best amongst other Mercure hotel. The food was amazing as it has variety of food that will suit to a lot of people liking. The best section is the indomie section! Truly represent Indonesia. One of the staff which is Mba Leni is truly helpful during my breakfast time. I’m satisfied with the experience!

Wonderful breakfast spread. Includes a variety of ranges from Indonesian to Oriental and even a salad bar, all the staffs are very helpful and courteous. Very friendly service by all of the staff . There's multiple amenities here such as the gym and swimming pool.

Sherly The best accomodation so far, i enjoyed my stay in thia hotel. They also has a gym so i can still exercise here. The room is cozy and quiet. I appreciate they use refill bottle instead of bottled water. They are aware of the environment. I will definitely stay here again if i have a chance

Sunday morning activity with mas riki from mercure sabang, very entertaining and educating for kids to learn how to decorate a marshmallow and make a hot chocolate. The food is also great with lots of variety to choose, I really recommended this place for a quick gate away from your daily work
