The room was nice and comfy, staff was really helpful. Bed was nice too. Easy access to the mall, if you want clean comfort then its a good pick. Will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Harmoni Jakarta. The hotel is centrally located, very clean, and offers comfortable rooms. A special mention goes to Salman at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta!
