i got allergy and body rash after usage of swimming pool

There is no hot water service in the room

There was minimal loyalty recognition, and the staff seemed untrained with limited knowledge about Accor & Accor Plus benefits. Additionally, reservation requests were responded to with delays. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at this property, especially since I usually have higher expectations from a Novotel. I hope things will improve in future visits.
