THE CONSERVATORY

Each day a delicious hot and cold buffet breakfast is served between 8am to 10am in the manor conservatory. Accor Vacation Club members receive a discount. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at any of the many restaurants in the area.

Accor Basildene Manor is an incredible experience for anyone and everyone. This early Western Australian Mansion oozes Historical Character and Charm, Set amongst lush English Style Gardens and magnificent trees. The Location is fabulous. I often visit this resort just for its proximity to world class Surf and there are plenty of reef breaks to choose from close by. Margaret River area itself is renowned for its vineyards, exceptional foods, restaurants and wines. As well as the quaint querky friendly atmosphere, the weather, and cosmopolitan culture. Love it, Love it, Love it. I must also mention the facilities at the resort are excellent, friendliness and accommodating helpfulness of the staff and management are wonderful. Thank you for another pleasant stay. Paul

Wonderful place to stay with 5 star service and hospitality. Loved our stay! Beautiful rooms, stunning gardens, tennis court, swimming pool, BBQ's by the pond, scones, cake hour, games to play in the conservatorium, and amazing staff.

A lovely historic house set in beautiful gardens. Room was cosy, nicely decorated and very clean. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Ally, who never steered us wrong with her entertainment & dining suggestions. The breakfast is delicious, hats off to the chef. We highly recommend the smoked salmon omelet & pancakes, light & fluffy. A homemade cake is prepared every day for afternoon tea for guests to enjoy & we did! On our last day, we were gifted scones, butter & jam for our journey. How nice is that! The hotel is in a great location close to the shopping strip & restaurants as well as Voyager Estate & Leeuwin Estate Wineries. We had a fabulous visit to the Margaret River and look forward to a return stay at the wonderful Basildene Manor. Thank you again to the wonderful staff, Sally

We were so delighted by Basildene manor. I originally found it here on Trip Advisor. But it’s even more delightful in person, so quant and charming. Will recommend to anyone we know headed to Margaret River. It’s a B&B with lush grounds, a pool and so many birds. If you are lucky you will also see the kangaroos. The only thing I will mention is that it’s a long walk to town. But we didn’t mind driving.

Beautiful location and room. Staff were lovely. Worth the expense for a special occasion. Exploring the history of the place was fun. Gardens beautifully maintained.
