This is a super hotel for Abu Dhabi. Our room was excellent - comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was always really good with a super choice. We also thought the pool and pool bar were great facilities. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. A special mention for Henry in Housekeeping who helped us when we left something in our room. He arranged for it to be shipped back to us and kept in close contact until it was safely delivered - we are very grateful to him. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at the Sofitel, albeit a short stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, the amenities were great, and the ambiance was first-rate. The service was excellent. Saju in particular was obliging, going out of his way to help us.

Shoaib is doing an excellent job facilitating our meeting today. He is very helpful, friendly, and always has a smile on his face. He is also very knowledgeable about the meeting venue and has been able to answer all of our questions. Shoaib's positive attitude and helpfulness have made our meeting much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly and efficient meeting facilitator.

Great hotel for short stays! + Amazing breakfast! Had everything you could want! + Close to most things! - The pool area wasn’t good at all, and there was no sun... so if you want to swim, this is definitely not the hotel for you. Otherwise, we are very happy! ✨

My wife and I stayed for couple nights and it was amazing. Morning breakfast was great with a lot of options. The amenities were also great. The staff was very helpful. Especially Saju who provided an excellent service and made sure we were comfortable.
