Warm and comfortable stay

Hôtel was lovely; warm, modern decor, felt welcoming and fresh. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our request for a cot wasn’t received and they brought one up for us really quickly. There was tea and coffee and water available in the restaurant at all times. The only drawback was no kettle in the room, as it meant we had to go downstairs to get hot water for our babies milk bottle. But it wasn’t too much of an issue. The hotel is just a short 10 min or so walk from the town. Breakfast was a great buffet selection of hot and cold food. Parking is available in their car park for €7 per night.

Ibis will call it 'dynamic pricing' aka 'maximising profit' but others might call it 'rip-off'. Good location and secure parking (12 euros) and comfortable hotel but I felt we were over-charged for the facilities. Rooms OK but poor 'industrial breakfast' - baked beans for the English visitors but no bacon to go with them!

This is ideal for an overnight stay in Troyes. It is well located with a Mercure and an Ibis adjacent. They share their own secure underground carpark. My room was comfortable and spacious enough for one or two. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had breakfast which was buffet style. There was plenty of choice and the food was constantly being replenished. I have stayed here before and will probably do so again.

Stop in Troyes on our way through France.

Our second stop at the hotel was again an excellent experience. Very friendly personal at reception and for breakfast. Excellent location , 10 min. walk to old city center. Rooms very quite, beds perfect, very clean. Breakfast excellent selection & quality.

The best night sleep I've had in a hotel in a long long time. Super comfortable bed, quiet room, perfect air con/temp. Loved this place! The family room was big, the parking was secure and right beside the hotel and the old town was a short walk away. Perfect stopover on the way back to Calais from the Alps. The man in reception was very helpful and professional.
