Pros: Beautiful the standard room was quite large the bed was extremely comfortable everything was in good order, recently renovated Parking was safe Clean ok, could be better 10’ walk from centre Cons: Loud music in the courtyard, you will not sleep until late No amenities Not sure towels were ironed Staff looked a bit annoyed when I asked for slippers and fresh towels, I didn’t dare asking for a shower cap

I am handicapped and i was victimised and abused by the night reception office supervisor. Very insulting and very unproffesional. we are Accor platinum members and have never been treated badly at any Accor hotels. We are still shocked by this persons behaviour!

Dear Sir, we thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. As a reminder, on several occasions we tried to contact you by telephone because you had left your dog alone in the room. Your dog's barking could be heard throughout the hotel and we had to move out the neighboring rooms which could no longer stand the noise. When you returned to the hotel, we simply informed you of this inconvenience which resulted in a disproportionate and aggressive reaction towards the hotel staff, even causing some frightened customers to flee. Our manager present was very shocked by your attitude. We hope to welcome you in much better conditions next time. The whole team wishes you a good rest of the day. Sincerely. Head manager

A pleasant hotel not too far from the motorway. We stayed for 1 night en route to the south. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre where there are plenty of restaurants. The receptionist was welcoming and the staff were very friendly. The parking was secure and located opposite the hotel. The room was a really good size and it was very clean. We didn't have breakfast but walked into the town to eat instead, but the breakfast did look to have plenty of choice. We would definitely stay here again

We spent 2 nights at this hotel, en route from the UK to the French Alps. The hotel itself is fine, but the surrounding area is a little concerning, with groups of young men congregating in the vicinity, it felt particularly scary after dark. The security measures at the hotel were very visible and consummate with the locale. As All gold members (which normally accords a room upgrade), we were slightly disappointed to be put in a room with a very high window, which felt a little like a prison. We complained and were removed to a room with a picture window.

Very nicely surprised by the Mercure in Troyes center. It has been apparently re-modeled recently and the result is worth it. I loved the entrance whether entering by the front door or the back door. We enjoyed also the indoor parking which makes it easier if you come by car to Troyes. Nicely located above a couple of restaurants and at a short walking distance from the main landmarks of Troyes Center. certainly a place to remember when visiting Troyes or passing by A5 or A26 in route to the North or the South.
