Stay one night stop over while travelling from Italy to the UK Ideal location in the centre enabling a visit to shops The hotel is very smart the rooms are very modern an well designed the bathroom is very functional the decor is pleasing. The hotel does not have a restaurant but will positioned for restaurants Buffet style breakfast available the staff are helpful and friendly only a short stay but very enjoyable

We love this place for the comfort and quiet of the rooms, price and unbeatable breakfast. The system for checking in / out is very well oiled. Beautiful town centre within walking distance. Only wish the car park was included in the price. A great stopover.

Modern and bright - shame our car couldn't fit in the underground car park because of roof rack/ ski box. Really tasty tea to drink although in the evening, no cold milk to put in it - first time I've made tea with hot milk but it was ok! Room was spacious - excellent shower. Big bed. Easy walk into the centre to find restaurant in old town but their sister restaurant looked packed out, which is usually a good sign in France. In the daylight, could see small river flowing past and could imagine in better weather would be lovely to sit out. Table football and pool table a bonus - didn't try the gym. Definitely would come back. We were a couple and a friend - was noice to see single room charge rate was reduced

Fabulous welcome and fully explained the Green ethos of the hotel , however we didn’t get the token thing in terms of don’t have the room serviced , maybe we misunderstood but thought we would get a drink . Not the reason we did it but just confusing . Loved the choice of not having it done , we can make our own bed . Loved it . That aside fabulous , just us not understanding . We loved everything the fab recycling bins in the room . A first for me , recycle or waste separation in the room as well as public areas brilliant . The bed was super comfy and bathroom and amenities perfect . Towels and bedding great Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of meats cheeses yoghurts cereals , juices , hot drinks , pancakes and break etc Hot drinks available all day too . Great too for the Poole table and soccer table . Loved it Great location , five minutes from restaurant whereby you get discount if you show room card 15 mins from old town centre and main attractions of the city of Troyes Fabulous stay highly recommend especially as we where lucky to get free parking on the street outside

We drove to Troye from Paris after our transatlantic flight. Great, friendly and easy check in and parking (10e) just across the street. I am sure that Mercure is there and believe that Ibis is attached as well, all sharing the parking. Room comfy - enjoyed the linens and the room is spacious enough. The free included breakfast was well sorted - nice cheeses, bread, machine making fresh squeezed orange juice, etc. Great value, great location for visiting Troye, a lovely town. Can't go wrong.
