Beautiful hotel overlooking the beach, 5 minutes walk away. 2 swimming pools, upper pool adults only. Amazing choice at breakfast. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel as it’s expensive and there are so many good restaurants on the main road 5 minutes away. We had a musty damp smell in our room which isn’t great for a 5 star hotel hence the 4 star review.

Fantastic Hotel, great location and fantastic amenities. True reflection of our stay at the Pullman Arcadia Naithon From arrival you realise what an exceptional experience you will have. The lobby is wow and the welcome drink is amazing apple and beetroot freshly pressed. The buggy’s to the room are quirky and required we stayed on level 4 and although quite fit it was a workout from the lobby to the room. Views from the room were exceptional and cleaned everyday to a great standard. Stayed Bed and Breakfast and I will say I have travelled a lot and this was the best breakfast buffet choice I have ever had. Fresh Cold Pressed Juice from a Salad Bar that you can choose yourself, eggs Benedict, fresh soup, donuts, thai food, western food and staff that are proud of where they work. Gym was great and loved every bar, if there is a downside food and drink is overpriced and we met guests outside of the hotel that would have had stayed for drinks in the evening if better priced. This meant the atmosphere wasn’t as good in the evenings as it could have been. Naithon is not a resort for the party people it’s relaxed with some lovely street food,if you want a great stay close to the airport I recommend

Incredibly beautiful and professionally run hotel. The incredibly attentive and friendly staff, the well-kept grounds and the super tasty food deserve special mention. I had a great stay and would come back any time... Thank you!!!!!🫰😍

To the Management of Pullman Hotel, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to your employee, Ms. Coco, for her honesty and exceptional service. I had forgotten my rings in the lobby restroom and only realized this after heading to the airport. Thanks to her integrity and quick action, the rings were safely delivered to me by the hotel driver. This level of dedication and professionalism reflects the high standards upheld by your team and greatly enhances the guest experience. Once again, my sincere gratitude to Ms. Coco and the driver for their outstanding support.

This pullman acadia at phuket Naithon resort is one of the better resort i have stayed. The other pullman is at bunker bay WA. The staff is well trained & hospitable. The food outlet at the resort is so good, you will want to come back to eat & drink. The GM makes an effort to meet with all their visitors & patrons The rooms looks refreshed & great. We will return to stay annually for retrea. Great stay!
