This resort oozes a calm feeling mainly from it's exceptional staff who show a great deal of warmth and accountability in their service. A special thanks to Sophia & Gam on the front desk. Chef Jiw from 'Elements' who made my special morning oats with my fav ingredients and the delightful Syn at the main pick up and drop off area a true ambassador for the hotel with her warm sincere smile and kind approach. We attended our friends birthday and the venue was ideal for that and even though my wife and I spend little time in the hotel the time we did was special. So thank you to all who served us, but whose names we did not mention. Hats off to team Pullman on another great resorrt.

Fantastic facilities. My wife has a few mobility issues and requested a room nearer to the resorts facilities and we have a lovely ocean view room a few minutes from all the restaurants and lobby. You can find anything you want to eat at the hotel: Thai, Italian or laid back finger food. Alternatively the hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach on the hour where there is a small selection of restaurants and stall vendors.. There is a large pool area for families in the main part of the hotel and an adults only pool and bar at the top of the hotel and you can again hop on the shuttle bus every 15 minutes or so. We did mention that some guests were bringing their children but the management team (Brett) put a stop to that. All the staff here are super nice & helpful.

Dear 636seamusp, Sounds like you've found the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience! A room with an ocean view and everything just a stone’s throw away for your you and your wife......as my wife says "Happy Wife Happy Holiday LOL Appreciate the feedback reading the Adults only area, I’m sure some of those “little angels” will find the family pool area just as magical (minus the “shush” factor). We recently stayed (Xmas festive period) at this wonderful hotel with our family of four, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The location is perfect – close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always available whenever we had a question or request. The personal touch and care they provided truly made our stay extra special. Our family had a relaxing and enjoyable time at the hotel. It offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, allowing us to unwind while also being in a great spot for sightseeing and activities. We were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel - not for everyone though!

This is a beautiful hotel on a beautiful property. The lobby and views from it are stunning and very upscale. Breakfast was included with our room and it was really great. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I would not have chosen to stay here, however, had I known the extent of stairs that are required to do anything - get to rooms in buildings that don't have elevators (which is the case for almost all of the buildings), access restaurants and pool, etc. The beach is a public beach that doesn't have any hotel amenities such as chairs and umbrellas but it is a very nice and safe beach. It does require a great deal of stairs to access it from the property. In addition, the property is very large, hilly, and sprawling so much that a buggy is basically required to get to most rooms and at times you have to wait for that service. I would definitely recommend requesting a room in the main building or adjacent to it. Depending on what you are looking for, this hotel could be a great choice or a terrible one!

While we try to provide plenty of buggy services to make getting around easier, we know that for some guests, proximity to amenities is key, and we highly recommend our main building for those seeking less of a climb. The public beach does offer a beautiful and safe spot for relaxation, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy it despite the stairs. This 5* resort exceeded expectation - the little details made all the difference. This is easily one of the best holidays I have ever had. The best of the essentials: - clean and spacious Deluxe room with walk-in wardrobe and large balcony - fabulous shower with lovely toiletries - very comfortable bed and soft cotton bedding - superb breakfast means no need for lunch! - perfect adult pool with plenty of clean towels and drinking water The best of the rest: - very helpful and friendly staff made the holiday extra special - call button on each sun umbrella makes for easy ordering of drinks and snacks by the pool - handy shuttle vehicles to avoid the steep resort pathways and to get to/from the main beach and town centre - each room has a beach bag with towels for your days out Room for improvement: - the bathrooms would benefit from some vanity lighting - all lighting is provided by (not so bright) downlighters - the precarious steps down to the beach if you don't get a shuttle - I assume this area is not technically within the resort property but is nevertheless an accident waiting to happen
