Dear Ms. S., I read your comments carefully, and while I was pleased to see how much you enjoyed our breakfast and the panoramic views, I was disappointed that several details prevented you from feeling completely comfortable during your stay. Your comment regarding the bathtub was particularly concerning to me. After receiving your feedback, I asked our team to recheck it carefully, and the bathtub has since been thoroughly deep-cleaned using an organic cleaning solution across the entire surface. We also found some deeper staining that appears to have affected the material itself, so we have contacted a third-party specialist to inspect it and advise us on the most appropriate way to clean or restore the surface properly. This is exactly the kind of detail we should identify before a guest has to point it out, and we have reinforced this with our Housekeeping team. We have also noted your comments regarding the missing cotton pads on the first day, the 7:00 pm closing time of the adults’ pool, and the difficulty of fully relaxing there when travelling with children. Each may seem like a small point individually, but together they can make a real difference to the overall experience. Our hillside setting naturally involves slopes and changes in elevation, and we understand that walking around in Phuket’s heat can sometimes be tiring. I am glad, however, that you still found moments to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and panoramic views. It was disappointing to read that, despite considering us a good hotel overall, you were left unsure whether the experience justified the price paid.
