Отель прекрасен. Поставила бы 10, но прошу обратить внимание на недостатки: 1. Очень много мусора близко к отелю. Плаваешь в бассейне и видно мусор внизу. Нужно убирать мусор вокруг отеля. 2. Нельзя указывать гостям где им садиться на завтраке. Это не культурно. Гости должны выбирать самостоятельно где им сидеть. 3. Очень близкая посадка на завтраке, нет достаточной дистанции между столиками. Ощущение, что в Макдональдс. Решение: открыть второй ресторан для завтрака. 4. Спуск к пляжу облагородить. Убрать мусор вдоль дорожки и лестницы. 5. На пляже нет указателя/таблички где остановка трансфера к отелю. И написать на ней график прибытия трансфера. 6. В идеале сделать отдельную зону на пляже, с водой и лежаками. 7. Возможно, пересмотреть ценовую политику в СПА и делать цены приемлимыми, хотя бы в низкий сезон. Сеанс на 2х взрослых стоит дороже, чем номер с видом на море и завтраками на двоих. Остальное все супер! Номер отличный, завтраки вкусные очень, бассейн шикарный, персонал замечательный и дружелюбный. Мы обязательно вернёмся в ваш отель.

I am pleased to know that you found the hotel beautiful, enjoyed the room, loved the breakfast, pool, and our friendly team. I am also glad that we were able to arrange your room in Building 3 as requested, although I am sorry that a higher floor may not have been available at the time. At the same time, I sincerely appreciate the detailed points you raised. Your comments regarding the rubbish around the hotel surroundings, the pathway and stairs leading down to the beach, and the view from the pool area are fully understood. Our resort is surrounded by nature and located close to a public beach, but we fully agree that the areas around the resort and access points should be kept clean, pleasant, and welcoming. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so we can follow up more closely on our cleaning routine and overall surroundings. Regarding breakfast seating, I do understand how this may have felt uncomfortable. Our team sometimes assists with seating arrangements in order to prevent order-taking and service delivery mistakes, and to make sure each guest is properly looked after from the beginning to the end of the breakfast experience. However, this should always be done in a polite and flexible way, so guests still feel welcomed and comfortable. Your comment is a good reminder for us to ensure this is communicated with more warmth and care. Your point about the tables feeling too close together is also well noted. While we may not always be able to open or extend the breakfast area, we will review the table layout again with the team to see how we can improve the sense of comfort and space during busy periods. Your suggestions regarding clearer signage for the beach shuttle, including the pick-up point and schedule, are very practical and helpful. We will also review the beach access experience, as we agree that it should feel clearer and more comfortable for guests. Regarding the idea of a dedicated beach area with water and sunbeds, this is something we need to consider carefully as Naiะhon Beach is a public beach. However, your suggestion is appreciated, and we will continue to look at what can be done within the local guidelines to make the beach experience more enjoyable for our guests. Your comment regarding Spa pricing is also understood, especially during low season. I will share this with our Spa team to review how we can offer more attractive options or packages while still maintaining the quality of the experience. Most of all, I truly appreciate the fairness of your feedback. Every comment you shared is valuable to us, and it helps us understand the guest experience more clearly. Второй раз останавливаемся в отеле Pullman Arcadia. Самые лучшие впечатления от пребывания начиная с заселения в номер. Хотим отметить высокий профессионализм сотрудника рецепшен Runway, которая помогла наилучшим образом решить вопрос с заменой номера. Высокую оценку заслуживает зона завтрака, большое разнообразие и качество блюд. Уборка в номере осуществлялась ежедневно вовремя и очень качественно. Также хотим отметить прекрасную организацию трансфера в зону проживания.
