Great Hotel! Beautiful view from everywhere. Our room was an ocean view room, it was a spacious and modern room. The food is extremely good. Staff is friendly and responsive. The spa experience I highly recommend. Alice did a great job!

A very nice looking resort with an amazing view over the Andaman sea. Housekeeping and front desk did a solid job with great respect for us as guests. But... The service in restaurants and pool-area is not on par with neither housekeeping nor the beauty of the resort. Basic skills as ordering and serving all guests in our small company of five in a timely manner was almost impossible. It took forever to get food (40min when ordering a side of french fries) in the pool area and ice cream dessert would melt when waiting until all five of us got our desserts and that is odd. When the waiter took your silverware in the breakfast restaurant they did not return with new ones and there are no place to pick up new ones. It took several minutes to get new ones when asking a waiter and that is odd. The dishes in Echo probably looked amazing leaving the kitchen but upon arriving on the table the were often smeared och the food was tipped over. The chef who seemed to be in charge even said at one point when discussing something with a waiter "I don't care, this isn't 7 eleven". That's a bit harsh, but dining was not a "five star experience" and that is odd. We all got sick (somekind of enteritis) during our visit to the resort, probably not the resorts fault and they started an investigation to make sure their food was safe. During this investigation they book meetings with us. The manager with whom we booked the appointment didn't show up on time. I asked the front desk to page him and waited another 10 min. No show, so I left and I think it is really odd not showing up. (I'm Swedish, not respecting an agreed upon time is really disrespectful in my culture) There were several other nuisances during our 14 night stay. The summary is that is an amazing looking resort but nothing in the resort ran smooth. There was always something when interacting with the staff. My experience with "5 star resort" is everything is easy, and the staff will try to help and almost magically fix problems. The number of "no that is not possible/you can do it yourself" in this resort were many, even as odd things as my children couldn't get ice cream desserts in the temporary restaurant "Ada". Would I stay here again, probably not. Is it worth a visit, absolutely (but DO NOT get full/half board and don't stay more than 7 [maybe 10] days).

He’s currently working on tightening up the food and beverage experience, especially with the newly opened ECHO and the refreshed AZUR menus. Most importantly, I really hope the family is on the road to recovery — your wellbeing matters more than anything else. If you’d ever consider giving us another chance, I’d genuinely love the opportunity to show you what a true Pullman experience feels like. I chose this hotel for its proximity to Phuket Airport for one night and it was perfect. Only 15mins to airport. It’s new, very big and the rooms are lovely. Bright, white, modern and a great option if you want something fresh and comfortable. The resort is built on a hill so you need to use buggies to get to your room, which can feel like a bit of a mission. The property is spread out, so it has more of a large hotel feeling rather than a cosy boutique vibe. There didn’t seem to be much nearby, so it’s more of a stay-on-property experience I think (although I was only there one night so didn’t get to explore. All round, if you need to be near the airport and still want something nice, I recommend it. Looks like a lovely resort for families as well.
