We stayed overnight after a trip overseas. It was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We enjoyed our room which was very clean and had everything we required. The bed was so comfortable. Check in and out was seamless and easy. Thank you for a great say.

The hotel is right next to the airport (walk out the terminal and you are there) so very convenient for over night stays between flights. The rooms are quiet due to double glazing. The opaque wall of the bathroom takes a bit of getting use to. The staff were friendly and helpful with speedy check in and check out.

A one nighter before International flight. Well worth the cost,great room with excellent bed & shower. Pleasant restaurant and service,all staff efficient and curtious. Simple 100m walk to check-in for flight,plenty of luggage trollies around.

Stayed here for the second time before my int flight out. Nice hotel, new, clean and modern. Also very quiet, apparently it had started raining quite bad and I did not hear a peep. Nice views. Definitely staying again and would also recommend.

Stayed one night due to having an early flight the next morning. Large room but starting to look a bit dated (our first non-soft closing toilet seat in over 2 weeks travel and no USB charging points, silly the things you get used to!) Lack of towels, temperamental shower over the and no price for the mini bar. Thin walls internally but no external noise. Could hear everything from the room above - chairs moving, footsteps - luckily we were tired enough to get some sleep. Welcoming check in, but just 'have a good day' at check out. Did the job, but would probably try Pullman's next door if we were needing a stay over at the airport again.

It is a shame you did not notice the USB charging points on the wall under the TV for you to use during your stay. We have plenty of towels on offer and during your stay our Housekeeping staff can deliver extra once the request is received from our guests. We apologise the price list was not by the mini bar - I will advise our Food & Beverage staff to remember to include this when replenishing the mini bar daily. But again, we would have been happy to deliver this to you or advise you on the phone what the costs were for each mini bar item. It is a pity the guests above your room were rather noisey - it is good however you had a good sleep. We look forward to being of service at your next visit.
