Great late stay after flight

We arrived 12:30 in the morning after a late flight. Room was spacious on the top floor overlooking the airport.. Breakfast buffet was average as you would expect but there was a good selection of food. The price was reasonable as well for the room.

Excellent, standard room. Very clean with good quality fittings and a very nice shower room. Very quiet, no plane noise at all. Super comfy bed. Highly recommend the hotel for an overnight stay. The evening meal was also excellent (worth booking in advance) and the breakfast was of high quality with lots of choice.

having decided to park at the airport for our overseas trip we decided to treat ourselves to a night at the Novotel. we also booked a meal time. we arrived for our meal and after having some bread we waited and we waited for our main course. other people entering the restaurant were receiving their meals. on questioning the waitress we were told the place was busy and we would have to wait at least 10 to 15mins. I had ordered the Sunday the roast so surely that should have been to hand and my husband had ordered pasta. as we got fed up of waiting we told her we would just forget about our meal. no one else working at the place came to apologize to us. we then went our room very unhappy and hungry. the following morning on our early check no one asked if we had had a good stay what I can say is that we were very disappointed and will be going back to using Jet Park next holiday .

We stayed one night at this airport hotel as we had an early morning flight to the next day. The service was excellent from all the staff we encountered and the check-in process was fast and efficient. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the meal was absolutely delicious. I do recommend making a reservation as it was very busy. There wasn’t All Blacks game on which may have contributed to this. The room was comfortable. There is a strange screen that can be raised or lowered to hide the bathroom. I’m not sure why that wasn’t just made a wall. The only criticism we had was the noise from the room above us which sounded like it had the cast of Riverdance staying. Generally, the hotel was pretty quiet considering it’s proximity to the airport. Special shout out goes to the wait staff in the restaurant friendly and professional.

We were welcomed and offered a room with a bath or shower and chose the bath. Glad we did as once we figured out how the water worked the bath was delightful. Also very good were the lightly scented soap, shampoo and body lotion in dispensers , beaut big white towels and interesting lighting options in the bathroom. The bed was like a cloud and there were plenty of pillows. Tea and coffee and a mini bar were top quality. Decor was lovely with touches of green Very short walk to the international airport for our early departure Would definitely stay at the Novotel Auckland Airport hotel again
