Great services and comfortable clean family accommodations

We arrived and Novotel provided a room that suit our family’s needs. From what I understand a lot of hotels don’t offer 2 queens beds. We have a family of 3, with a young adult child. We all need some space for sleep and it was a good nights rest! The mattress are comfortable and the ac was in working order, and breakfast and dinner was very good, compliments to the head chef and all the waiters and barista. Being able to have New Zealand coffee was a hugh plus. We were in for a special convention and the staff worked extra hard to accommodate many cultural needs. Highly recommend for families.

The staff was wonderful and patient. Housekeeping did a beautiful job cleaning. Would definitely return! The breakfast was amazing!

My stay at Novotel was so enjoyable. Room's were clean, the staff was amazing and professional. I had a FedEx delivery and they made sure I received it.

We were here for the convention at Eden Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Rooms had everything we needed. Location is a bit outside the CBD but close to public transportation and it's quiet.

We were here for the convention at Eden Park. Hotel staff was top notch, professional and very friendly. Rooms are clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and had a lot more variety than expected. Hotel is outside the CBD but close to public transportation. Great experience.
