We were here for the convention at Eden Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Rooms had everything we needed. Location is a bit outside the CBD but close to public transportation and it's quiet.

We were here for the convention at Eden Park. Hotel staff was top notch, professional and very friendly. Rooms are clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and had a lot more variety than expected. Hotel is outside the CBD but close to public transportation. Great experience.

All the workers were polite, helpful and very knowledgeable The checkin process was seamless and very easy The rooms were clean and were cleaned every day. All the towels were changed daily.

We are visiting Auckland for an intl convention and booked a 10 day stay at the Ibis hotel. The rooms are very small but very clean and comfortable, we have slept great every night! The staff have been absolutely incredible and very responsive, they picked up a dry cleaning order less than 5 minutes after we called and had it back the next day. The breakfast is beyond fantastic, so many healthy delicious foods to choose from, an excellent value! We truly appreciate the hard working staff here and highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting excellent service at a very affordable price.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant was great. Housekeeping did a great job. The location in Auckland was very central.
